We finally installed the new "skin" that makes the board look different. The other one was getting a few bad reviews from some of you and I had to agree. We think it will be easier to navigate and see which topic you have read and posted in as well as MANY other easy to read features.

on my computer it puts black boxes around images (which is ok) but also puts them around the smiley faces (not good)...everything else is cool.

Black boxes are ok. We were hoping that it would make the photo look better. The boxes around the smilies needs to be fixed in the next day or so.

 

You will se many little tweaks to the new skin in the next day or so. But it is 98% on line.

Thank god for TiVo. New skin, Sirshanksalot, and Pistons all on the same night while I had to tuck the wify and kiddies to bed.

do you mean the Pics or the smilies? The smilies being shadowed is a bug with the new skin. Should be fixed ASAP

I logged in tonight and at first thought it was another bug in the system. :( After surfing around a bit I realized it was on purpose. Love the new look. It's much easier to read. Very snazzy looking! :lol: Now lets get that member list working. :beach:

Personally I prefer more "pastel" or softer colors.

 

The boxes on the smiles are no-no IMHFO.

We were hoping to get responces like this. I love it to. A lot of bugs to wotk out, but the overall look seems to help me move around. I can teel which topic I have posted in, which topic I have read, which ones are hot, etc

Another quirk I have is the drop-down menu when you rolling the mouse over FORUMS and REVIEWS. I have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to see the menu.

 

Otherwise the new site and scheme looks good in my opinion.
