Green Bay struggled to hold off Seattle. They should get Beluga back this week.

I am not sure if GB has an answer for Jimmy G to Kittle.

The only way I see Green Bay winning is if Rodgers is in rapid fire mode and in sync with the underneath routes for a pass/ run mentality. A Jones and D Adams need to play a quick game.

I think the line might move to 7.5. And back down again.

I didn’t see the game but managed to watch some of it on replay and highlights.

Do not blame LeMar Jackson. That guy balled. Their defense had no answers for Derrick Henry who has vaulted up the running back hierarchy. And like I said before, Tannehill is the spark this team needed.

Can Tennessee do this dance another time around the floor? I honestly don’t know.

If I was betting money I would be more inclined to take the over. But I don’t want to watch a Conference championship going score score anyone just score.

So I will take D Henry for a ride in his nimble turbo charged modified Hummer of a body.

He’s a beast. Chew up some clock and. Wear them down.

As a kid, I always loved the Kris Kristofferson anthem Me and Bobby McGee. Without knowing it, I look back on it and realize Janis was more than a wild screamer at the mic, and for that I look back on the song and smile. And let's not forget some of the epic Dead jams which included the song. So let's talk about freedom, and what it means to be free. The song indicates its another word for nothing left to lose, and this is where we should start. My nominal membership at my local golf course, which I pay annually means my golf is free. When I go to Vegas, my beverages are free. Yet somehow, when I do my accounting after a weekend in Vegas, I find I am completely in line with Kris's words... So, the mental gymnastics of free is a game I play, and I play it well. For all those wondering, I am low stakes single deck black jack only type of guy, and I do my absolute best to make sure I get my money's worth.

So let's look at this weekends games. I have to go with my love of hair, and it is really an envy at this stage in my life. I wear hats because I don't have any hair to keep the heat in. Now, last week I was exceptionally cold in my picks, but in my Vegas haze I was pretty sure I had gone 6-0. After further review, this was not true, and I continue to flag in light of playoff football. I just think Patrick Mahomes is playing a different game out there, he is like Joe Burrow the way he simply scores points, seemingly at will. So I believe KC will cover the spread.

I generally only focus on QBs because the game is so QB and pass centric its hard to ignore them. In the NFC game, if I am solely picking on QB only, I would have to go with Aaron Rodgers, the guy simply gets it done, and just think of the advertising boon for State Farm and that smarmy insurance sales guy. But, it wasn't too long ago I picked the 49'ers to get to the super bowl, so I have to go with the 49'ers. I may suck at picking games but I am not a flip flopper when it comes to my picks. So I think the 49'ers will win, but I am also pretty sure they will hit the under. 52 seems to be a lot of points for what I would consider a grinding offense of the 49'ers and their defense. But because of the streak I am on, I would expect nothing less than a 54-53 shootout on the bay.

It is looking a lot like a trip to the big dance with Reid getting his just dues. Mahomes is special. So many good young Qb’s. Mahomes was lucky enough to be put in that offense. With that coach. Poor DeShaun Watson got stuck with Bill O’Brien and one stud receiver and a poor offensive line. LeMar Jackson might need one more year to age like a fine wine. His legs and reflexes are a big asset to any offense. Ravens lost that game because Tennessee was ready to play courtesy of ex Patriot Coach Mike Vrabel, and the birds were still roosting on Eutaw Street. Kyler Murray shows that same quickness and ability to create plays. It all started with Russell Wilson who is the undisputed king of the come back. Wilson is not young anymore but he was the template of the new age QB. Mobile, accurate and eager to put the team on their shoulders. Mahomes has a chance to join Wilson as another member of the young guns with cat like reflexes, escapability, and be a gunslinger that can thread a needle on the run.

The man who has not been mentioned is someone who might be the overall most talented QB of the millennium. Mr Aaron Rodgers you can come in and go out with a bang. The only thing standing in your way is a team that arguably might be more talented. On the road you will need to be sharp, quick and mobile. Jimmy G will need to be able complete enough passes to put the S.F running game in 4th gear.

And then there is Derrick Henry. Wow! I am old school. I feel there is nothing more gratifying than watching a running back and an offensive line insert their will upon the opposition. He has been amazing now that Tannehill has righted the ship from the hands of Mariota, and was able to steer it in the calm seas of the AFC Championship.

It would be an amazing feat to see Tennessee win it all

That’s why I watch.

I already know those other guys are amazing.

I still long for the days of the hogs and counter tray with John Riggins running for daylight on 4th and 1 for a touchdown.
