Cheese curds or mac n cheese? Generally, I take the cheese curds. I just like em. I have never had them in the great state of WI that I can remember, but I have had the Beecher's mac n cheese in Seattle. I like cheesesteaks more than mac n cheese, but would take m'n c over a cheese curd anyday. So, in this culinary showdown, I like the Seahawks and the points. I also like Troy Aikman, always have honestly though I the only other Cowboy I have ever liked was Jackie Smith, so I think with Fox showing the game, I feel like there will be some offense out on the field. So I will take the over, don't know why, it just feels that way to me.

I am surprised SF is favored by so many. The days of Rice and Craig are long gone, but apparently they feel like the D is otherworldly since the O/U line is pretty low. Jimmy G continues to be good looking, and I suspect every NE fan is burying their feelings in a Sam Adams right about now because who will replace Tom Terrific? Sam Adams was originally brewed in Steeltown by Iron City if anyone is wondering, but since you weren't, here is the pick. I will take the over on this game. I hate to bet on a spread that big, and I am tired of crappy of offensive performances, so that is two "overs" and I am only halfway done.

I never could read Poe. I know he is an American literary giant, but gee whiz did I think he was boring, and I used to read those types of books and almost enjoy them. I would love to reference a famous Poe plot and tie it to this game explaining the disaster that will befall the Tannehill led Titans, but I confess I cannot. Mariota will be on the market this summer, which will be good for Mariota. I liked him in the NW, and I like him now. Clearly he is not a fan of country music and Nashville and he needs a change of scenery. That is all I will have to write about the Titans because this is their last week. I am taking a huge spread and taking the Ravens. I am also going to take the UNDER in this game. I just think there is too much ground game here to amass that huge number of points since the clock won't be stopping too much.

I love Deshaun Watson, he just gets it done. Always has, and he will have an opportunity to get it done next September as well, but this isn't his year. I am expecting the Chiefs to win this game, and the O/U of 49? That's a lot. You can only get so many points out of the Chiefs this year. I am going to take the under on this game for the bet.

Sorry about this last week, I was crazy busy, and I was willing to take a knee and give the 2 blown mental picks from Saturday to the field so I appreciate the opportunity to lose them legitimately this week! If the stars align I will be one of the commissioners old home towns trying to find the bar. There is an old song by the talking heads, "Everybody is just trying to bar/ the bar is called heaven" whenever I find myself wandering around looking for a bar, I hear this song in my head... and no, I am not suicidal even after a round at the tables.

^ I very much enjoyed reading your work above Pete. I too want to tell you that I noticed that true commitment you exuded by phoning in those two flailing picks under the wire last week. The commish recognizes the grit it took to complete that task when you found yourself at the end of dark bar in a corner tavern in Duluth. Multiple empty 16 oz. cans of PBR's were nearby as you took yet another shot of Canadian Club neat. You made a first attempt to post your picks on your phone but it was unsuccessful. Yet once you figured out that there was a cheese curd sheen on the iphone and gave it a wipe off, you zapped those suckers onto the thread within the official time constraints. Safe indeed.

Minnesota +6.5 This game is probably coming down to the last possession. I'll jump on the points.

Tennessee +9 1/2 I don't feel real confident with this pick, but I am thinking that all those points will come in handy in the end.

Seattle +4 I flopped on this pick because the Packers have not really impressed me.

Rodgers is 4-2 career home playoff and one of those wins is the Dez catch. Not as glamours as one would think.

I have been a little out of it, and I apologize. The 49'ers will meet the hair and not win the game as Patrick Mahomes shows his amazing mane to the world as National Champions. I thought we were just picking the winner.

This is indicative that I should not gamble this weekend. My mind is not in it.

I echo Pete’s sentiments.

0-3-1 has a way of doing that.

I was high on Wentz. And I was high on the Bills. It took a miracle from DeShaun Watson to ruin that parade. I almost pulled the trigger on the Vikings + the points but thought the over was a lock. I was thinking under with the Patriots/Titans, but I thought the movement to the over represented value.

Sometimes thinking can be dangerous.

I do do not have a real rooting interest in any of these games. Happy the Patriots are gone. I would love to see a dog like the Titans/Vikings or my birth state team the Ravens do well. But really not much of a Ravens fan. So I might have to root for the Chiefs. I think it would be nice to see Andy Reid get a ring. I like Mahomes, but I like Jimmy G also. The Packers would be a real surprise even though they are a number 2 seed. Not many people riding the “cheez heads.”

So how about this rank QB’s for 2020 based on this seasons play and performance.

If only DeShaun Watson had a team other than Hopkins to play with he could be number one. But their offensive line sucks.Questions for this weekend?
