These are ridiculously priced. Considering what you can get totally custom miuras for- not just shaft, loft, lie- you can get top edge thickness, sole grind, 10 finishes, face shape, tons of paint fill options. But these do look amazing

Let me say I’m not in the camp that think miuras are the most amazing feeling irons and there’s nothing that comes close- I think Bridgestone and some of the hogan blades feel the best- but miuras are just so well made You can feel the precision that went into the weighting of the club- the performance is what makes me a miura fan- I’ve been putting tons of players cb and mb sets against the mg cb1007 and nothing comes close

people Pay what for a set of Titleist irons ($1400?). If you think titleist forgings feel good... you haven’t tried Japanese forgings. Granted I do like the titleist 735cm- the recent cb and mb models feel terrible though

maybe the reason tiger had his titleist irons and Nike irons forged by miura (Wouldn’t be surprised if his current irons are as well but he’s on lock down contract not to share that info) Callaway screwed up and didn’t lock down molinari- hilarious he posted his miura forged apex mb on Instagram (with a very different grind and shape to boot)

 

that being said linksoul is a rip off- you can get Louisville golf to custom build you a persimmon with your choice of faceplate- sole plate- wood stain- shape- loft- shaft etc etc For the price of their “pick the shaft flex” clubs

 

id love to see this set come straight from miura with a reasonable price- and with a wedge. Something like 27, 33, 39, 46, 55- be awesome to add a Louisville golf persimmon driver and 5 niblick (which is the most amazing rescue club ever- seriously check these out- you will be blown away at how high you can get a ball out of the rough)

or maybe keep it really limited with just a 13* persimmon fairway driver- have a 6 club set

Highly recommend trying a short bag. With a short bag I'm currently scoring as well as or better than I ever have with a full bag. See below.

That said, as cool as these irons are (and they are fricking cool!), they are obviously insanely overpriced and the loft gaps are too big for a short set that would work with my game.

Have always enjoyed playing with one club (usually 4 iron) or three clubs (usually hybrid/5w/7w, 8 iron and putter).

I've been playing with only 7 or 8 clubs since early January. D, 3w, 22 deg hybrid, 6i, 8i, (PW), SW, P. Irons are Mizuno MP-69.

Played for a long time with 7 clubs, added PW a few weeks ago. But haven't scored better since adding it.

I have played to or below my current hcp. in every round since I switched to the short set (about 10 rounds), though admittedly my hcp was a bit high going into the no-score-posting season -- it was a 12, usually a 9 or 10.

I also shot my lowest lifetime score on my home course on a crappy cold and wet day in January -- WITH 7 CLUBS.

I carry a single strap Jones bag with no stand and it's an absolute joy to walk our very hilly course with the short bag.

If no one out there is willing to part with their set, I know they are out of stock at Linksoul. But you could email the company and they will let you know when they could get more. Sweet little set, but pricey.
