I got a mat from Rawhide. It was money. B grade was perfect for what I need in my garage. Ordered on 4/9 got it 4/11.

I meant I got my Net and Mat on Monday and it took 2-3 days after they printed the label before it started in the FedEx system

My Rukket order status says shipped but no tracking info.

Rawhide should be here Friday.

Just about ready to pull the trigger on a mat for the yard, just have two questions:

For those with a Rawhide mat, is the B grade that much better quality than a C grade?How much does rain affect a mat? Do you cover it if you know it will downpour?Thanks!

I called Rawhide when I ordered. I was debating between A and B. I told him it's for the garage with no simulator and he said B would be more than enough. I cant comment on the diff between B and C but the B is better than I was expecting. I would give them a call they were really nice and responsive. I ordered last Thursday and had it by Saturday!

i ended up getting an A mat. a few of the tee holes looked like they hadn't been used yet. good condition, overall it feels a little hard on my garage floor especially on shots that are bit heavy. a good deal for the price though.

FWIW I've got my grade A Rawhide mat on concrete in the backyard and it's got a nice soft feel. I'm starting to find my groove with it and it's probably going to do damage to my short game LOL.

Rukket finally updated my tracking even though I asked to cancel the order

For those of you putting the mat in the garage, what are you using for a net? It seems like most of the nets out there are anchored into the ground for stability. Obviously can’t do that in a garage.

my rukket doesn't move in the garage. though based on this thread it doesn't seem to wise to order anything from them.

I had to file a refund claim with PayPal after a week with no response from Rukket. It's one thing to have delays in shipping, but it's a whole other thing to have false shipping emails, a broken website order tracking system, and complete non-responsiveness from your customer service team.

I can only look forward to getting an email with a shipping number that mysteriously won't update in the system while Rukket reports to PayPal that it has shipped the item...

I feel for all you guys getting dragged along by Rukket. For some reason when I demanded a refund they responded within an hour and a half.

They replied to me via DM on Twitter that my order has been fulfilled and they are waiting in a tracking number from the warehouse. So who knows if its actually been shipped or not.

Ordered 4/5. Received net on 14th. I expected a slight delay as they sent me an email that they are working on shifting fulfillment from Amazon to themselves. I think this was the cause of a lot of errors / confusion / delays. Ordered a second different net earlier this week and it was shipped out next day.

I don't think it'll be safe to order from them for a little bit. Not knowing if anything is actually being shipped or not even when it shows in stock annoying.

Was your second order shipped, or "shipped"? Lots of us have gotten "shipping" emails that have amounted to nothing but fake alerts or tracking numbers for orders that have never been sent. When asked for an update, Rukket just tells me they are having website/order tracking issues and it should all be sorted out "soon." I personally think they are creating labels for products they don't even have on hand in order to delay customers from demanding a refund. It is a short-sighted cash grab that sacrifices customer trust. Even having filed a PayPal claim, I expect they will delay that process by creating a label to report to PayPal, hoping to make it to May when they can actually start sending orders out. I find it incredibly disrespectful of their customers.

I called them out for just creating labels to give out tracking information to appease customers for products they likely don’t have in stock. Of course they didn’t acknowledge that in their response.
