Too early to call this one?  Probably not! As Mr Machine has 1, 2 and 6 - holy potato sticks!   All the Koepka, Xander, Colin and Speith guys are mostly toast!  Based on early prognostication I say it ends up Greenie 1st, Puttn 2nd 🙂

I had the lefts pretty bad today. I find it amazing that my 88 had not one penalty stroke involved.

I drove the ball decent today, but my approach game was just rotten. Mr. Hot Irons guy has turned ice cold.

I did experience a nice little rush at the end of my round that finally brought me some joy. I reeled off 4 straight pars starting on 15 to close. The finishing holes at Kenmure are pretty tough. I was the only one in the group who shot even over those last 4 holes.

 

Golf is crazy.

Well my 4X made his big move today.....up one right into 59th place after three. Someone else had taken the 4X player I wanted so had to take a chance on another. And that chance really has lit it up lol.

Seth the young man who played college golf started out hot. He birdied the 3rd and 4th holes but bogey'd the next two he was even on the front. Brian had one birdie on the front and two bogeys, he had a 37. South Carolina Mike also had one bird and a pair of bogey's and too a 37. I had my first par on no. 7 and messed up the rest so I had 45 on the front.

 

There was a birdie fest by the group on the back excluding any by me. It was enjoyable to watch my three golf friends battle. Brian ran into a very rough patch of holes with 2 doubles and a triple that took him out of it. Coming down to the wire Mike and Seth were trading birdies. And in the end the kid got it done.

Berger was 5th - so I think that is 3 * a 4x multiplier for 12

Louie was 17th - so that is 2 points

Koepka was 54th - any points?  No cut - do I get 1 point?

 

Total 14 or 15 points.

23 points total.  Berger finished 5th, 5 points for top 5. x 4 =20 points for Daniel alone. It is one point for making the cut for you Koepka pick.
