Anyone else want to see more LPGA WITBs?

Just curious if anyone else would like to see more representation of the LPGA in the WITB section?  I was searching through the pages of the last few months of WITB and it seems like you have to go through 20-30 PGA whats in the bags before you get to one of the LPGA.  I know seeing what all the men play is awesome but I often think that the clubs in LPGA players bags would be more in line with what the average amateur male golfer should probably be playing?  Not at all trying to start any sexism type discussion or anything like that, just would like to see more representation from the LPGA.

YES!!!! Many of these women are more methodical and thoughtful with their equipment choices than some of their male peers. Furthermore their swing-speeds are more in line with with the average male amateur than those on the PGA (not universally so, but I don't see many true 115+ MPH golfers out on the course but see plenty of 100-115). You also see a greater penetration of graphite shafts and more wide-spread experimentation such as 48" drivers. Always irritates me that these extremely talented women don't get anything near the same amount of coverage, especially deep-dives like WITBs.

I'd be interested, mostly for the same reasons that @EDT501 outlined, and I'd also add that I reckon their set-ups might be a bit more eclectic than their male counterparts.

I would love to see more, but I think its been mentioned before it doesn't drive the same number of clicks as the PGA tour ones do so it doesn't make tons of sense to send someone to do it.

I think this was brought up in the past about the LPGA and Champions Tour. I do remember Easyyy explained the expense of doing this versus the clicks as you stated. Maybe he or one of the other folks will chime in on here and elaborate. From what I remember I could see his point from a business perspective

Yeah, I remember it being mentioned maybe by Greg in one of the LPGA threads. Also happy when we do get them though, nice to see some bags closer to the mortal swings of most people.

Yeah makes sense just disappointing thats the case.  Would be cool to get someone thats there regularly to do it for us.

PING website has great detailed LPGA and Champions WITB for many of its staffers.  I think the PING LPGA section has 15 or so players listed with shafts, lofts, swingweights, etc.

I wonder if it would balance out if they just did them for Majors on those tours since they don't generate those clicks.

I love the idea of more LPGA WITB...like mentioned above with there swing speed more relatable it’s always cool to see there bag set up.

I’m sure there’s a bottom line impact to send WRX folks to more tourneys but I used to look forward to the LPGA bags, the Champions Tour bags, and even the big collegiate tourney bags. You tend to get more of a variety of (old and new)equipment being used at the most elite levels of competition.

Absolutely! Amazing professional approach by most, great attention to detail and frankly closer to what recreational blokes should bag. Not to say they are similar players to recreational blokes, they are waaaaay better!
