Strictly a guess based on past patterns, probably see a Ladies' line update, Vault 3.0, and maybe some sort of "classic" line limited thing. I wouldn't expect a wide release cannibalising the "2021" series. Given supply constraints, they'll be looking for where they can get wins in lower volumes.

Would be cool to see a limited edition off Louis’ putter with the stability shaft given his success on the greens.

Still love my Harwood so much.

Yeah, I’m the same way about my Heppler Ketsch. Make a lot of putts and can’t beat the firm feel. Like how the profile hugs the ground. I was good with the Heppler Fetch, even better with the Ketsch. The two-tone and 3 lines are great for alignment and I get the ball to the hole with ease. Only thing I’d change is I wish it could take a Fuji MC shaft, but it has a double bend so that won’t work. No biggie. Tremendous lineup of stable putters.

Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond 10.5 w/Diamana TB 60S

PXG GEN6 5 wood w/Diamana S-plus 70 stiff

Yamaha RMX VD 7 wood w/Diamana S-plus 70 stiff

Callaway Mavrik Pro hybrid (22) w/Aldila Tour Blue 85 stiff hybrid

Wilson Staff Model CB 5-G w/DG s300 shafts

Edel T grind 54 w/Nippon 125 wedge shaft

Fourteen RM-12 58 w/Dynamic Golds400

I'd love for Stability to be an optional upgrade. I'd do it in a heartbeat, and anyone that will listen, it will undoubtedly improve your lag putting. Can't say enough good things about a super-stiff putter. It works.

Got a Ping DS 72 fitted on Thursday by the courses ping rep. Tried a range of putters ultimately I loved the ping more than the others the look and feel was just what I was after though when I tried the Fatty scotty cameron was looking like a hot contender but price wise was never going to justify the choice. My only issue is that the one I got already has some kind of rusting around the hosel which doesn't affect performance but I am a bit bummed about as I bought it new. The proshop's not looking to do much about it, wondering if Ping might though so put in a support request with them.

Either way, found it super easy to get going on long putts but performed well on short putts. My tendency to pull putts was gone (why I went for a fitting in the first place had a hand me down Scotty Newport from a mate)

I just put a BGT shaft on my Fetch, and I swear that shaft is magic. Have had one in my Sigma2 for some time, but the new combo is just an exercise in choosing a line. Execution is no longer in doubt.

Just got caught up here. A little bit about me: love Ping, full Ping bag (other than "driving iron"), and, after trying to love mallets and mid-mallets, have given up and come to realize that I will be an Anser guy for life. I have always played Anser style blades since I was 12 years old, and that's just what I love to putt with. I had a Sigma that I ended up tweaking too much and screwing up. I got a Sigma 2 off the shelf at PGASS. I LOVE the all black head with white flange line. I have never aimed better in my life. So much confidence standing over the putt, which is everything. So I'm stoked they kept the black head with white line on flange in this 2021 Anser. Don't love red, but you can't see it from address, so who cares.

Every other company makes an Anser style blade, obviously, but I'm sticking with Ping, who invented it, as long as they continue to make black heads with white sight lines. I don't really care about anything else. My current plan is to buy an Anser of every model Ping comes out with, just to try them all out, and have a stable and historical line of Ping Ansers.

I wish I could get an adjustable shaft that goes from 36" to 37", as I think my proper length is somewhere in there, but I'm not sure. I think I will gamble on a 36.5" (current Sigma 2 is 36" and feels just a bit short for me (I'm tall)).

I will be asking my wife for one of these for my birthday and I'm excited to compare to my Sigma 2 Anser and I'll let you all know. Sounds like the consensus here is that the 2021 is a slight improvement over Sigma 2...

How did you feel about the center/aiming line not actually being on center ?

Do you aim with the line in the middle of the ball ? Do you find the sweet spot IS where the line is ?

I find lining up the aiming line to the inside of center of the ball to be a bit disconcerting. Fortunately the strike and roll are still fine.

Hey there Bobby,

ae1985 woke up the thread and I noticed my post right above that you hadn't answered and the "anser guy for life" kinda sorta jumped out at me - so I looked at your quoted post and saw your current signature.

Sorry Bobby, not picking on you at all but this just struck me a bit funny.

Don't get me wrong, been there, done that. :classic_tongue:

Later. :classic_wink:
