Dumb questions about changing neck on Bettinardi Queen B 6

Take it easy on me -- I don't know much about putter modifications, and while I've tried to read up, this could well be a terrible or impossible idea:

 

I have a left-handed Bettinardi Queen B 6. I really like the squareback style, but would love to swap out the single-bend shaft for a straight shaft and a plumber's neck -- or a slant neck if a plumber's neck isn't possible. 

 

Here's what I'm wondering: 

 

1. Is this a modification that seems possible? (Do you know if it's something Bettinardi would do? If not, any recommendations on who could do it?) 

 

2. If it is possible -- how would a switch like that affect toe hang? (I have more arc in my stroke, for what it's worth.)

Not a dumb question because I'm considering the same thing just missing the QB6 to do it. I like that SBS one they have but you know us lefties get nothing fun. 

 

As for is it possible? I think so but this may be a better question for someone who does putter modifications like Slighter Golf, Flanigan Bilt, Bastain Milled, etc just because of the shape. Most likely they'd cut the post off, grind the area flat and weld on the new neck. Again I'd email one of those 3 guys or all of them and see what they say. 

 

For toe hang you will definitely get more with both necks but it's hard to say, you can estimate what you'd get but again these guys have done it so much they probably know what to make depending what you ask, so say you want 45° toe hang they most likely could do it.

There are defiantly people out there that can do this for you. It should add a little more toe hang but if you have an arc in your stroke that might be okay.

I do -- definitely looking for more toe hang. That's great to know. I was concerned, as someone who's pretty new to even considering serious putter mods, that in an effort to get more toe hang I'd be wrecking something else that I wasn't even considering. Sounds like that won't be a problem.

Not a dumb question at all. Tom Slighter is the man when it comes to this. Here’s one he added a plumbers neck on for me.
