Delilah Club Covers

I received a new putter cover today custom made be Delilah Club Covers.  It is a really great option if you’re looking for something custom.  She will work with you to ensure you get the design you want and the product is high quality.  She takes a different approach with the magnet closure on the blade head cover that I really like.  I’ve had swag and blue birdie (now hatch) head covers and the quality of this cover is on par with those brands.  I recommend checking her out if you’re looking for a new cover.

What’s her lead time? Last time I asked her it was 6 months.

Also, are the Hatch covers as nice (or nicer) as Swag covers?

I ordered June 28th and recieved it today.   Not quick but not 6 months.   The made to order aspect takes some time.

Of the two I think Swag slightly edges out Hatch.   The material swag uses is very sturdy.  Feels like it will last forever.   The hatch I have is actually blue birdie which i believe is the same people just different names  it they do have different styles now so they may use different materials also.   All three of these options are high quality products.

I’ve been using a Swag cover for the past 3 months (at least 20 rounds) in the rain and all kinds of different weather conditions. I take it on and off for every hole, throw it around, and beat it up a bunch. It still looks brand new and is still stiff and sturdy. I’m very curious about Hatch and also Delilah. I owned a Xenon Delilah cover a while back and it seemed really cheap and flimsy to me. However, it was a super old used one so I have no idea how much it was used before I got it. For all I know, the cover was used for 500 rounds.

I'm currently waiting on headcovers from Scott Readman Concepts here in the UK. Driver, 3 wood and putter. Camo patterned ballistic nylon. I wanted a material that could last. Will share photos when I get them. First time buying custom covers, got fed up buying cheap crap which never lasted more than a few months before beginning to break down.

What was your ordering experience like? I paid for a custom club but she’s supposed to reach out for a design? I haven’t heard from her yet… it hasn’t been that long and she said it’s a 6-8 week turnaround, so I’m just curious about those who have gone through the process.

I paid my deposit and did not hear back from her until she was ready to start the design process.  From that point to delivery was about two weeks.  Full process took about 2.5 months.  Worth the wait though.

OK, perfect. More than anything, I didn't want to be the bottleneck in getting things made, so I'd been checking my email more thoroughly than usual... at her prices, and with the quality of her work, I'm 100% willing to wait...

Though I'm hoping she responds to my question about making a three wood "Luchador" mask for me...  the options on the market are expensive and not very fun.

If you want to speed up the process and are good a doing design mock ups, create the template exactly how you want it and email it when you first submit your money.

I have that done… I have a very simple design for the putter cover… I’ll email her tomorrow.

Haha, as a side note, I’ve invited her son to come play golf with me, as he lives in my area.

Ordered in September, very excited to have these for next season. She’s a delight. Her son is a good golfer.

total cost was about 130 total with shipping.
