Anyone directly compared 2021 Srixon Z-Star vs 2021 Pro V1?

They spec out close at my swing speed in testing, but I've never hit the 21 Z-star. I feel the 21 V1 is slightly softer and lower driver spin than the prior version. Like many of you, I found the Z-star in the past to be slightly shorter off the tee and the 2019 version became less durable than any prior iteration that I've played (every since S-URS)

 

I think the new Z-star may be slightly less spin throughout the bag, but I'm really curios about durability with the Z-Star.

 

Any thoughts?

Here you go…. As far as durability, I never had an issue with the Z Star, but the XV I have.

I tested the Z Stars for GolfWRX.   Very similar to me as Pro V1.   About the same distance, feel, etc.   I really like them but I don’t find them as durable.   Nothing awful but seam did start to show a good amount of wear.

 

I could play them and be happy but think the Pro V1 holds up a bit better.

I was gifted a box of each a few months back as birthday gifts.  Z-star is a good ball, but it was short overall.  About 10 to 15 yards shorter with driver and half a club with irons.  A touch firmer than the ProV1 as well.  I like the '21 ProV1 with one exception.  I couldn't hit the ball high enough with driver but ironically, the height with irons was perfect.  Both were outstanding around the green though spin and feel wise.

I think part of why they are shorter for me is that I hit the ball high, whereas the Pro V is a little flatter trajectory. I love the flatter trajectory of the Pro V1.
