ZX5 Question (Thinking about Switching to ZX7)

Nope. Just needed to adjust my wedges.

She ended up staying with Nippon 105 R in the Srixons.  She is on the edge to go to S-flex but the fitter said if she is not losing control stay with the R.

Her driver SS on the course must be close to 100mph with consistent 230-240 carry in Florida, will see 103-105 on monitor when she steps on it.

3w, 5w: Previous gen Rogue with stock Mitsubishi 65g "S" shaft. However she has the Epic Speed 4w and 7w with Accra TZ6 (M3) on the way

6, 7i: Srixon ZX-7 w/Nippon 105R

8, 9, P: Srixon Z-Blade w/Nippon 105R

50*: Vokey SM8 F-grind w/Nippon 105R

54*: Vokey SM8 F-grind w/some TT shaft?

58*: Vokey SM8 M-grind w/some TT shaft?

Cool...thanks for this.  Looks like a pretty traditional bag.  Im about her SS and went to a ZX5 driver w/ Ventus Blue 5S and really liking it.  I Dropped the 4 and play a 22 g410 hybrid then a ZXU at 24.  Did have Zblades but went back to Z745s...can't quit them for some reason.

I have combo set ZX5 4-6 and rest ZX7 been really good. They both seem to travel further than my last iron set.

Same with me. I was playing MP18 MMC. Also better dispersion too.

Not sure what we can add that hasn't already been said.  They are amazing and the only downside that can be reported thus far is for some swings they are too "low spin" and on some of the earlier releases there were some cosmetic issues with paint rubbing off around the cavity medallion area.

 

Still have my first mixed set (transitioning to zx7 at the 8 iron thru AW) and also added a zx5 short set (8-AW) in my Sunday bag to experiment with.

hit the  zx5 8 iron today with Modus 105s in it and it goes high and far. Feels really good and got through the turf exactly the way i had hoped. Just need to demo the zx7 to see if and where to do a combo set. Hoping the 7 is just as forgiving as the 5
