I check in with my rep pretty much everyday.. is there a number I can speak with Mizuno directly?

1-800-966-1211 if you don’t have the order number they can sometimes find it by location, build date and specs

Glad I found this thread.

 

So I was fitted on Sunday 4/24.

 

Mizuno 225's 4-7 (7 bent 1 degree weak)

Mizuno 221's 8-PW (8 bent 2 degrees strong, 9 bent 1 degree strong)

50 (S Grind),54 (S Grind), 58 (D Grind) - T22 Wedges in Copper Finish.

 

All with Nippon Modus 120 X shafts. 

 

Legit cannot wait to get these in, same thing, fitter at golf tech said 6-8 weeks and they are catching up with orders now. 

 

Hopeful to have them after Memorial Day weekend 🙂

Got into golf during COVID and got fitted for the first time in early March of this year. A few weeks went by with no progress from Mizuno and I eventually found this thread and have been lurking here ever since. I placed my order not knowing about the long lead time at all. I was immediately a fan of the soft feel of the 225s so I thought a 4-6 week wait would be well worth it. Now coming up on 8 weeks since the order was placed. I currently play a crappy set of game improvement Cobra F Max's from a few years ago with graphite shafts, so any new set would've been a huge upgrade. It's only right that I give everyone an update after stalking this thread for the last few weeks.

 

My set was ordered 3/7 directly through Mizuno

 

225s (4-PW) with Nippon Modus 105 Stiff shafts. 

MCC PLUS 4 Grips. 

 

I called the number posted above and I've gotten word that they're apparently now building sets that were ordered as of 3/6. They're telling me I've got another week or so after pulling the components... it feels like it never ends!

 

Painful wait, but hopefully it'll all be worth it. Thanks to everyone who's provided info on their orders (much appreciated)!

Also safe to say I'm now a gearhead after cruising through the forums!

My three wedges from 2/25 have gone missing. Got a FedEx tracking number on Monday and it never changed from “Shipping info sent to FedEx.” FedEx claims they never got them and Mizuno says FedEx never scanned them after pickup. Mizuno put in a second order on “rush” and I’m looking at another 3-4 weeks.

Ordered my 223's on 2/27 and they got to the shop yesterday, picked up this morning. Order looks good, can't wait to try them out this afternoon!

Called again this Morning. Clubs getting glued today. Hoping that means they're getting shipped out soon after. Not sure how long that normally takes or what other steps are remaining.

Got word today that my early February 225 order will be put into production today. After being canceled early March by mistake, and learning about that about 10 days ago, I’ll just be happy to get them in my hands.

Back ordered till approximately May 10. My dad switched to LS 5.5 hardstepped to avoid additional wait.

Update on this - just to see where this was at.  Called Mizuno today.  They said currently 8 weeks is the deadline, they are starting to push out clubs.  So now for me end of June.

The wait is almost over! I was fit on 2/5 at Club Champion for the 223's and I just checked order status today and they are now ready to be shipped. Should have them by the end of the week.

Finally received my 225 Gap wedge after an 8 week wait.  Standard specs.

Only problem is they sent me a 921 Gap Wedge instead. Box and paperwork says it is a 225 pro though, I guess that is close enough for Mizuno.

This is what I am afraid of though. I have a blended set 225's and 221's and 3 Wedges all with Nippon Modus 120 X shafts.  I'm trying to stay positive, but I have been hearing stories about this.  Did you wind up calling them yet?

Called the shop I ordered from.  They are calling Mizuno.  Club shipped from Mizuno in Mizuno Box.

Still waiting for my order placed in mid to late January for 223’s!!!!!!! Not sure what the deal is?? Kinda sucks not gonna lie! I really don’t want to switch irons mid season but it seems like that is going to be how it is

Have you confirmed the order wasn’t lost or canceled? Mine was canceled by Mizuno in error and they’re getting mine into production today. We were only between a week and 2 weeks apart from what I remember reading.

 

I got 225’s vs your 223’s but it’s still outrageous you’re still waiting on your irons.

New info: 6.0 shafts are in stock. Club fitter called me tonight for my dad’s order. I switched back to 6.0’s for him vs the hardstepped 5.5.

Yeah it is getting crazy. I would understand if everyone was still waiting. From what peoples are saying here they are building out irons orders from March. Mine were in January doesn’t add up

Mine were ordered first week of February. 5-PW, PX IO 6.0 and I just told them to put stock grips on them since the MCC Plus 4's was told they didn't even have a date for. The pro is calling today to see where they are. On a side note, I have a set of Vokey's that haven't arrived either and they were ordered first day available. All stock specs too.
