Mizuno wait time?

Anyone here in the DG 120 waiting line?  I went through CC on 1/31, leaving later this week with the old set for a SoCal trip, bummed to not have them by now but I made peace with that a few weeks back.  Never again will I build clubs through CC.

Yeah it seems like you can add on about 3 to 4weeks to your order from CC. Someone else here found that out too. That sucks I am surprised that they take that long to get their orders out from their facility. I would never order from them

Son's JPX 921 Forged with loft & lie adjusted and KBS Tour shafts, with two T22 wedges with matching iron shafts arrived 6 weeks + 2 days after order placed from club's pro shop.

I want to order a set of 225's, but don't want to wait 3 months for them.

Per the Mizuno rep, my 225 order w/ DG S300 shafts received on 2/28 is set to ship either 4/20 or 4/21

Just called again after my last provided ship-date about 3 weeks ago was given as 4/16...only to find weeks later that they were closed for the Easter holiday from the 14th to the 17th. 

I called them up today and they told me they should've shipped yesterday or today, but it will take a little bit for them to get the tracking information (TGW.com) and they'll get it to me ASAP. 

Hopefully that's the case, but they did say yesterday or today, they shipped for a 2/6 order

I ordered JPX 921 Hot Metal Pro (Standard Lie, +.5") with Project X(10) shafts on 3/5/22 through Golf Galaxy.  So 6.5 weeks ago (was told 4-6 weeks like most of you).  From what I can glean after reading through this whole thread, my order might be up for assembly soon.  But all I have is the receipt from Golf Galaxy with a bunch of different order number combinations all over it.  I called GG last week and they said "all we can do is take your number and call you back."  I haven't heard back.  Any tips?

Just a follow-up...I did get mailed the UPS tracking number and it looks like they did in fact ship yesterday and will be here tomorrow. They ship from Braselton, GA like my iron set did last year. 

Again, this was a custom order through TGW.com placed on 2/6...so hang in there guys...they're getting to them!

I ordered mine 2/25 (Pro 225 DGS300 shafts) and they just emailed me after reaching out to my fitter. Set to be assembled next week and should be in my hands late next week or first week of May….fingers crossed

I ordered through second swing on April 2nd... Guessing I'm looking at June or later based on the conversation.

Update:  Called Golf Galaxy again and they looked it up right then (the other employee I spoke with last week must not have known what they were doing).  Received a 5/4 estimated delivery date, so 8.5 weeks from ordering.  They also said they didn't see any notes in my order re: any of the components being on back order.  I can stop constantly checking my email throughout the day now, at least for now.

So was told no bueno on my 223s with $-tappers..was able to get a stock set with Modus 115-s as I was tired of the wait. Will be here on Wednesday. 
They were the closest spec I could find at this time.

My two top shafts were the $taper and then ProjectX LZ. I went with the LZ. For some reason me and modus never got along well. I have used a KBS shaft for the last 15years. But when getting fit they didn’t even give me the option for the $taper.

Nice for you to pickup a stock set up quickly like that.

Tried the LZ and it just didn’t work for me. Looking forward to the new set and added the “Autoflex” in my driver and I should be set for the season.

Different strokes (swings) different folks (shafts).

$ tapers are back ordered till 2023? Am I understanding that correctly?

Anyone order the 223’s with Project X LS.  Ordered mine about two weeks ago from my local fitter, was told about an 8 week build for this set, and was just wondering if the LS is in stock with Mizuno, or if I’ll be waiting longer?

Order date not 100% on I was fit on 1/13 and they ordered it shortly after that. Talked to TS yesterday about it. They said that mizuno was supposed to fill their 225/223 orders with the last shipment of heads. They put out another email out to the mizuno rep handling their orders. Still waiting to hear back. I was told that there is orders that were placed before mine that still haven’t been delivered. Not sure really what is going on?? It is definitely taking a lot longer then anyone had thought it would. Then they have to check all the specs on them all too.
Luckily I still have clubs to use until then but I would rather have my new set.

Mines came in yesterday as well. 4 hour of sleep, first round with them in 2 hours and I haven't hit them yet. I'm excited to see the results.

 

Ordered 2/20, received tracking on 4/20. So right around 2 month mark for me.

Ordered 223s Feb 15th through Club Champion and was originally told 4-6 weeks to ship and build. That date has been moved back 3 times and they have now told me May 25th. Not sure how much is Mizuno and how much is Club Champion

Ordered just a 225 GW with stock Project X IO shaft to go with my set on 3/13. Looks like it doesn’t matter if you ordered 1 club vs. a whole bag. You’re going to be waiting just as long as everyone else in the queue. Seems like most other OEMs are getting there product out way quicker, not sure why Mizuno has been struggling. Had to wait just as long even when JPX 921 line was launched.

My order for 223s through Club Champion was Feb 9th. My order was moved back 3 times also. Mizuno  had back order on 6 iron heads so Club Champion was waiting on Mizuno to send them heads. Mizuno finally got more heads in and are beginning to catch up. I checked my order yesterday and they are now in the build shop with an estimated arrival date of May 11th. There's finally light at the end of the tunnel.

Ordered the 225s in 4-GW with Modus 115 S shaft and Winn Dry-Tac 2.0 grips on March 10 from Plaza Golf in Torrance, CA. I was given an estimate of six weeks which meant they should have been delivered by April 21st, which came and went. I called Plaza yesterday and they got ahold of Mizuno. They said they were pulling my components today (which are all supposedly in stock) but that it will be about two weeks until they are received at the store.  Figuring if that is all true, it will be just shy of a 9 week wait.

I feel the pain.. placed a preorder 1/7.. Mizuno received the preorder in the system 1/14.  Still nothing 😢.

Back ordered as of now till May 10th ish. My dad had to change his order last night to hardstepped 5.5 LS shafts to avoid a longer wait.
