Just called 223 heads are in. They got to organize them set up the orders and should be pumping them out after the Easter weekend. They are off for the holiday Thursday and Friday to resume Monday.

they said my 225 order from 2/21 wouldn’t be shipped for another two weeks which means I won’t have them for my Myrtle beach trip….

Just double-checked on my 2/6 order for customized 225's (from TGW.com) and Mizuno confirmed: 

 

"We wanted to update you that Mizuno has let us know they will be closed 4/14 and 4/15 for the holiday so the order will ship next week...very likely Monday or Tuesday"

I've about had it with Mizuno and Club Champion. I got fit on 2/5 at Club Champion in Columbus for the 223s. Of course we all know the Mizuno delays. First I was told it would be late March.. then I was told end of April.. So hearing on here that the 223 heads came in I got hopeful so I call CC today (it forwards to corporate)  and they tell me that now the ETA is May 20.. WHAT!!!!! So I call Mizuno and say I heard the 223 heads came in. The guy tells me yes so I ask him if they're shipping heads to CC. He says CC corporate won't allow them to tell any update on their orders. How can they not just say yes we'll be sending CC a big shipment of 223 heads. I am so sick of this. Then when I'm talking to the CC guy he says you only have 1 day to cancel orders. Well how in the world did I know then it was going to take 4 months to get my clubs! I don't know why they can't cancel because nothing has been built so they can still use the components for other orders. I'm just sick of all this and just want my money back.

Can you call your credit card? Did they already charge you? Is there anything on their website regarding availability of the components?

 

It would seem you have a leg to stand on from your credit card's point of view since you paid for merchandise which you don't have and no guarantee you'll have it at all?

Well I almost feel bad for some of you. But I was fit back in 1/13 with my order placed shortly afterwards. So my stuff should be on the top of the list

Anyone know when Mizuno will get more of the 221 heads?  Unfortunately CC seems to have no idea of an eta at all….they reportedly have my 225 2&3 heads, as well as all shafts and grips ready and waiting just the 4-Pw 221s holding things up. Thanks!

Full set of 225's ordered 1/14. Last month was told grips were the issue for the delay. Changed from Golf Pride to the stock Lamkin which they had "full stock" of. Waited several weeks reached out again, found the heads just came in, and order would be shipped by 4/20. Not certain what was what. 3 month wait so far.....

Ordered from 2nd Swing and their reps have been helping with updates.

Read from another poster that CC customer service won’t cancel orders, but if you go to your CC fitter in person they should be able to cancel your order and refund your money.

I was just told my 223 order placed on 02/23 shipped today. Just under 8 weeks to ship. May have them by the end of the week (in Canada)

Placed my order through Discount Dan’s on April 14.  JPX 921F with Recoil 95s, standard LLL with D2 SW.  DD sales estimated 6-8 weeks, which is consistent with what you posted.

 

Hoping to get them before my trip to Bandon at the end of June. 🤞

My fiancée got her 921’s last week from a 2/23 order if that gives you any timeline.

So I got an update on my iron order and my dad’s order from early February. 
 

The iron orders were lumped in with a wedge order from the pro shop I ordered through. The wedge order was back ordered for a considerable amount of time. So he called mizuno and asked them to cancel the wedge order, but leave the iron orders. 
 

well he finally got in touch with them today….the entire order was canceled including my irons which was news to him. So he’s going to resubmit my orders and hopefully they can throw my orders in line where they were supposed to be.

edit: these were 225 irons btw 

edit 2: they put our orders back in line where they would be if they hadn’t been canceled by mistake. Potentially shipping out by end of the week or early next week.

This slightly concerns me. My order was 1/24 and I haven’t heard anything yet. Maybe your LH heads weren’t on back order? I dropped my fitter an email today. Hopefully I hear something soon.

Ordered 223’s with TI X100’s on 2/11. Received them 4/8.
 

However, they were definitely worth the wait! The feel, and sound especially, is unreal. In my first round I had head turns upon the sound of contact on several swings, and also received a few compliments on how well it sounded like I struck the ball. That was a new experience for me.

Bummed to hear about all this delay but these will be worth the wait imo. Ordered a combo set in PX 6.5 on 3/16 and have accepted they won’t be here until mid-May at the earliest. 

 

Went and hit the 921 again today - helps to deal with this situation 😆…sooooo good.
