Lefty punch out of a tree well.

 

Chipping from about 45’ for par.  I even say, “I am chipping this in.”  The bunker behind the green never even entered my mind until my chip entered the bunker.  Pretty danged funny.

I guess I should not have brought up the bet on Bryson as it appears it was a bit of a jinx.  That being said, I will be careful not to mention the name, but the same friend who asked me to put $100 on Bryson also asked me to put $200 (@ +2400) on another player who is in good position going into tomorrow - not Scheffler.  I have money on that same player as well as a couple others in the top 5.

 

Of course, I would also not be unhappy if either Cam Young or Tommy Fleetwood shoot, oh, 60 tomorrow and win.  It could happen.  Really.

I had 39 putts today.  I 4 putted once and 3 putted at least 4 times.  I missed multiple 2 footers.  I'm not sure who's putter I was holding onto.   Ugh.   How depressing.

Let’s really talk about what’s bothering me.

 

My wife is smaller than me.  A lot smaller actually.

 

The cows need water so she squeezes through the barbed wire.  Steps over the electric fence and turns on the water.

 

About an hour later the water pump really just gets going.  Fat effer (me), bc she passed out after winning $12 on the gold course, has to turn off the water.

 

I got stuck in the barbed wire and then, trying to get free zapped myself twice.  It was horrific.  I come back in, and in the cutest drunkest voice she asks, “Did I hear you yelling F?”  As a matter of fact dear… you did.

Yeah, that was a big game in the standings, probably more for the Islanders than the Rangers, but at least they got a point. As a Stars fan, I was pulling for the Islanders because the Stars have an outside shot at the President’s Cup, but the Rangers will probably take it.

 

But…..goal number 1 secured! One more win secures the Western Conference!

... 👍 I know better than to ask if you have no shame. Thankfully after dropping two of your original picks and copying my picks again, you at least stuck with Clark. I will probably wait til the last second like an Ebay snipe bid for the next Major so you can't copy my picks.

Thanks...She looks way better after her latest bath!  She was a muddy mess after we picked her up from the farm early Thursday AM so we took her to Paws At The Corner, our favorite pet store in Hillsborough (also the ONLY pet store in Hillsborough).  They have a wonderful self-serve dog bath which has step-up waist-high tub and a nice adjustable shower nozzle.  Ivy doesn't really enjoy her time there but she was tired enough that she didn't fight us.  The customer is only supposed to use 2 towels for the dry-off but we needed 3 and apologized at the checkout...the girl glanced down at Ivy, smiled and said she understood😉.

I hate this place.  Hey finish carpenter, yeah? Can you finish all the stuff I didn't do, do correctly, or forgot to do?  Ugh. 

 

Maybe a day and a half left.  Cutting everything outside and working on my knees slows me down.  I got 2/3 of downstairs done plus 3/4 of the steps done in about 5 hours today.

Funny... but if you go way back to my original picks you'll see the slate I ended up with... irrespective of your picks.  Poor, busy Touch, with a lot going on, gave me two guys I did not select but we got it fixed.  So, in effect, I never changed my selections, it just looked like it.  Thank you for your congratulations.
