Possible new Yamaha RMX Forged?

Browsing USGA site for new irons from Yamaha to see if anything new is coming soon. Found these two 21RMX Forged and 24RMX Forged. I've never seen these sold in Japan so I'm wondering if these are new, or just never released?

 

 

 

In addition to these, there are these RMX VD/R. Current models use VD in the name so I imagine these would be coming out as replacements.

Those are pretty. I do see some Yamaha gear in play in the DC area as there is a significant community of Asian golfers here. But there’s still not a lot of info out in the US on Yamaha clubs. I just picked up an RMX VD 7 wood off a guy for $50! I know nothing about it but it looks great, I like the profile, and these fairways went for high prices when they were released.

Yamaha just released a new Driver in this range so looks like some exciting stuff coming from them in the next few weeks.

not quite seeing all of the models seen in the spy pics but the irons do look good...... possibly the heel of the SGI model might take a little getting used to, but if it works, people won't care so much. Yamaha introduced that look last cycle and are sticking with it.

What spy pics? The one from above???? Well the 21RMX was for 2021 lol the other ones are obviously for 24 and are released, they're here:

my bad - forgot to post the spy pics I had from Japanese website. But I did order a nice set of these new offerings - have found Yamaha to be an under-rated brand in the west. People think they make pianos and motor cycles.

Gonna guess 460. It's going to be pretty hard to get any info unless you understand Japanese and watch some youtube reviews?

I still got my eye on VDR irons for the next season 😉

Per the video

RMX VD/R, 445cc.

RMX VD/M is 460.

 

They're easy to hit.

 

Yamaha has always made some drivers is the 445 range. I have an older Yamaha with a Speeder shaft (good shaft) that I got in Japan and it looks nice from the top with an aesthetically good shape.

 

Some of their drivers and FW's are non-conforming models for Japan consumption. Face COR is high. Rare to find drivers and FW's in the US probably because of that.

 

I didn't check if these are conforming.
