Just going off pictures, I hate the new head shape on the 5 but it actually works for me on the 7.

100% agree. The changes made to the X5/5.5 really mess with the alignment (in a negative way) to my eye, but works really well on the X7/7.5 shape.

 

On Charley Hoffman’s it all works even better. The alignment lines and the softened edges on the heel and toe look great.

I’d go with a different coloured paint fill on the lines, but his putter looks fantastic!

Agreed. The softening on the toe and heal reminds me of the Newport vs the Newport 2. Hope this one eventually gets released.

I did something similar with the paintfill on my White Ice #7.

 

But, I went with Tar Heels blue, as it was the only nail polish my wife would part with at the time.

he used the red x mallet forever. the red lines might be left over from that time

Looks like he chose to play a different 2024 tour Cameron, instead of this one, for the 1st round at Torrey P.

Same. I like the head as is. If they ever made one like this with a plumber neck...
