Recent LAB Golf Order Timeline

Ordered DF3 Custom 3/18.  It shipped 4/18.  Just fyi for general time line info.

The visibility is what I am referring to. You are a WRXer, you take a deeper dive into golf equip than most of the golfing public. Most in the golfing public see a big name playing with something and they are drawn to it for that reason.

I think they may have some minor bugs to fix on the site as when I ordered my Mezz Broomy 4/21 it was a little wonky with the pictures but the navigation flow was fine and transaction processing was fine.

 

I swear, @labgolf needs to prioritize our GolfWRX orders given how much BUZZ we give the company and their fine putters

@SwingBlues I placed my order (upon your recommendation) to @labgolf on April 7th and today received the nifty oder update email!  That's almost two weeks just to get to the order.  They must be SWAMPED, which is a GREAT THING for the game of golf.  Ya know...holing more putts leads to better pace of play.  LAB thank you for that little trickle down effect.  I'm in no hurry for my DF3, but I'm in a hurry to make more birdies.  One gets tired of playing great tee to green and missing all the very makable birds.

 

PS I also turned a member on to LAB and he's ordering a Mezz1.  Helped him with the video to send in today.  Lets goooo

Well I received my Custom link today and I was happy with the turn time considering I sent them a grip to put on the putter.

 

Open the box, everything looks great, then I look at the bottom of the club head and there are scratches including one deep enough to be a very noticeable ding/chip.  Very frustrating that they would send the putter out like that.  
 

So, now I’m waiting to hear back from their customer service and I’ll get to find out what their wait time is to replace or fix a putter.

Order shipped today.  This is much quicker than I expected, considering the volume of orders they've been receiving.  Roughly 3 weeks
