Interesting part here is that RDX Green was supposed to be the update on T1100. Bend profile and balance point are very similar between those two. This re-release of the T1100 feels like a special edition thing more than a mainline product. 

RDX green is similar to the OG T1100 in that it's counterbalanced and in line in terms of launch/spin.  However, it has more feel.  I actually liked the RDX Green whereas the T1100 was meh.

RDX Green is the one RDX shaft I haven't hit. The reviews I have found make it sound like it's fairly smooth for a low/low shaft. Bend profile looks similar to a Ventus Black that's not quite as tip stiff. Are there any shafts that would be comparable to RDX Green? Black G4 is nearly perfect for me in driver. RDX Blue also works, but I prefer something a little more linear.

AD VF, TR Black, Tour Z RPG Gold to name a few.  1K Pro Orange is slightly counterbalanced and linear but has a softer handle than the RDX Green/Black Gen 4.

It’s probably more intended for guys who like the t1100/rdx green but want it in a fairway wood so they don’t want it to be counter balanced. At least that’s my assumption.

Nowhere near what the supposedly “required” load and swing speed was for T1100 when it first came out, but it is one of my favorite shafts ever. Still have two of them. Never had something more accurate or stable but in a good way, not like Hulk which truly felt like an absolute board. Happy with the OG but the weave pattern is very cool and interested to see if these become available.

I agree and also still rocking one in my driver and 3 wood at the moment. Going to be hard for the new T1100 to beat the older ones imo

Hit the new T1100 at a launch event with club champion and walked out with a 60 6.5 for driver and 70 6.5 in BRNR Mini

 

Talked to the guys at Project X and it is a refreshed and improved product over the original. They have been working on this shaft for over 3 years he said.

 

It reminded me of TR Black in that it’s very stiff but doesn’t feel stout or like a telephone pole.

 

the biggest surprise to me with the new T1100 was how well it held its line on mishits. I had some toe shots and low heel shots that should have been way off line but they stayed  pretty neutral and would have been in the fairway

I have an OG in 5.5 😆I hope new one is not too stiff in 6.0...

played my first round with these in a qi10 LS and BRNR Mini. 

 

What i can say is if you dont have your best swing, then these can feel like alot of shaft. I was pretty sore from yard work the day before and this shaft felt pretty stiff compared to swinging them the day before at the club champion event

The first 3 - 4 holes were a little rough swinging it but after that i loosened up finally and hit 7 of the next 8 fairways. 3 for 3 with the BRNR Mini which is a beast with this shaft

the snakeskin pattern was well done. should perform great too in the new gt models for guys who like low launch/spin profiles.

agree. The ball is definitely coming out alot lower and flatter than what im used to. 

 

Yesterday trying to cut the corner on a par 5, I drove it right into the middle of a tree that i typically hit over with ease. Probably need to switch into a 10.5 head

Its a much flatter flight for sure

On the other end of the spectrum I have a Hulk TX in my driver, am not extremely fast (112-115 CHS) and like it a lot 🤷‍♂️

 

I'd say at least give it a try if you're wanting to bring down peak height/spin!

Torque on the website looks like it's 2.3..does it feel like it?? That's viciously low haha

 

What would you say it feels most like?
