Qi10 LS face issue

I got my brand new Qi10ls recently. Been playing one round and maybe 50 shots on indoor trackman. No rangeballs have been near this face.

 

it looks and feels like the face is popping on the heel area. Is this normal or just me being unlucky?

 

added a toe picture so one can see it is smooth on that side.

Yes, it does so for me also. 

If anyone has a qi10ls they can take a picture off so i can see the difference before i make a visit to my local dealer, i would appreciate it.

But it’s not just the carbon faces. The tops popped off the Sims. 
 

My buddy was fitted and just bought a new Qi. My first question was, why?

The "infinity crown" and how the carbon wraps behind the face was supposed to help durability...i guess it is yet to be seen if this is an isolated issue or more wide spread. For what it's worth, I have a Qi10 Tour 5 wood and it's a freaking rocket launcher. I love the fairways but the drivers just don't do it for me.

TM/the golf shop replaced mine. I’ve decided I’m not even going to complain as long as they continue to replace it. I would get another driver, but I find that it’s faster than the other releases this year and it looks so much better than the rest (apart from Titleist).
