I think I heard him on XM.  About 60 years old he said he was and only 5'4" so he needed all the club help he could get to get it out of all this rough.

I love seeing bags that aren't the typical tour setup.  The PGA Championship usually has a few of them every year.

Tracy is 61, Director of Golf instruction at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow Oklahoma.  I have known Tracy for over 30 years and take lessons from him on a regular basis. He has an exceptional short game.  He is not a long hitter so he sets up his bag to get as much out of his swing as possible.  One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.  You may remember him from last year when he got a bit of TV coverage for getting up and down making a par “from the parking lot” at the Senior PGA, where he made the cut.

Just read an article on him on one of my golf feeds. Amazing especially at his age. I will say the man knows his game and the equipment he needs to get the most out of it. Man after my own heart as in play what works for you and your game

The PGA Championship is THIS. 
 

People always debate the majors, and this one is typically last.  
 

Which sucks…. A lot.  
 

This story, along with Block’s and several others that were LONG shots to play well.  
 

Much less make the cut, top 10 or win.  
 

The PGA Championship is a place for THIS type of bag/game.  
 

Another site (to be nameless), wants this to be a match play event.  Garbage.  
 

I think that every other year we end up with a new favorite (Pernice, Block, Bradley, etc).  
 

This is the PGA’s major.  The guys trying to qualify really want it (what gets downplayed is the tournament leading to this one for them).  
 

This bag, is what the PGA Championship is about.  
 

It won’t win, but he’s in the field.
