My best score was a 75, but I started out Double Bogey - Double Bogey, and then mixed in a handful of birdies and bogeys from there, closing with a birdie on the par 5 18th. I didn't realize how well my round was going until I added up my score after the round and realized I had broken 80 for the first time.

My best round was 73 in September 2001. The par for that course was 70. I had 2 pretty good rounds last fall which came close, a 77 followed by a 75 all within 2 weeks. Man, I wish I could do that more often!

74.. 2 bogies and a bunch of pars...rather ho-humm.. my up and down round was a 78 in which I had 2 eagles and 4 birdies..OH what could it have been without a few errant tee shots.

My best score is 69 on a par 72. On my home course best is 67 and the par is 72. The 69 included no bogeys and only had one in my 67.

I've shot 68 a couple of times. I think my low this year was 68 or 69, early in the year. Then I hit the skids and was shooting high 70's when I had the hooks. About a month ago I was 4 over on the front 9 on a local course, then straightened out the hooks on the back and shot 4 under, my best 9 ever I think. The back side is easy though...only like 3100 yards while the front is over 3600 yards...pretty wierd that they front and back are so different.

best score ever: 68 ( i $hit the bed on that one, double-bogeyed the last hole; would have had the course record with a par :birthday: )

best round ever: my freshman year of college; spring golf, playing in University of Iowa tournament, 35+ mph winds and cold as a witches Titleist! i posted 71-74 and took third place; feel that those were the best rounds of my life...

70 on a par 72..

but feel my best round was round one of the club championships first day i shot a 74 and tied our pro/owner who had won and still has won Men's Championship like 15 times in a row...(he also was beating Tiger at one point in some junior tourney and has a picture of his name above TIGER WOODS on a leaderboard pretty cool)

I've shot 59 twice under non-tournament conditions.

Lowest tournament scores were 63-62 back to back in a two day Pro-Am.

Shot 64 twice in Q-School (PGA Tour and Hogan Tour)

wow! good stuff...my best round is a 70...i am about a 5 handicap...going try to shoot in the 60s this year

I've shot several rounds in the 60's. Mostly back after I graduated high-school and started working at a local course that had just opened. I basically either played or hit balls after work until the sun went down. The best 32 holes that I've ever played happened just after a lesson. I played 18 one afternoon with my friends that also worked at the course and shot a 65. I left a dead-straight uphill 4 footer hanging on the lip for a 64. The next day a member and myself went out kind of late and tried to play as many holes as we could and through 13 holes I was 7 under. I birdied 13 in the dark and we called it quits. So, for those two days I was 14 under par for 32 holes. The lowest that I've went since then was a 65, but it was on a really dinky course though, so I'm hesitant to call it a "legit" 65. I shot 68 and 69 last year on legit courses though. Simp

1 over 73 this past year at Sea Trail (Maples course) in Sunset Beach, NC. Started out a little streaky, then had 3 birdies in a row (most I'd ever had in a round, yet alone in a row!) and played par the rest of the way. Back nine I shot a 2 under 34. I'll never forget it. I think a higher power was looking out for me that day, as a severe thunderstorm blew right past us in the middle of the round. One hole I hit a drive (absolutely striped it), and no lie, the second I looked up to see the ball, a flash of lightning went off in the distance. Kinda cool, made me think I made some heat with that drive.

64 one time. My next lowest is a 68. I start puking on myself once I get a few under par and always manage to turn a great round into a good one. If anyone has a cure for that problem I'd pay $10,000 right now for it.

Yes, go ahead and PayPal me the $10,000 and I'll get back with. :birthday: I really do have "THE" cure. :birthday:

A 67 on a short Par-70 course, and a 68 on a mid-length, par-71, in a tournament. I'm a 2 handicap, yet have only broken 70 about six or seven times. Mental barrier, I think..

Oh, and then there was the 34 that I "shot" at the Myrtle Beach Putt-Putt back in '93 (18 hole round...hehehe!). Actually I think that particular course is now called "Buddha Golf," with a giant Buddha that you putt underneath on the last hole.

I have had a couple of 64's, 67 in tournament play (my best round)

9 hole: 7 under 29 (shot 40 on the back) Can you say choked!

36 holes: 67-69

54 holes: 67-69-72

These were all tourney rounds except the 64's but they were big money matches which were harder and more pressure than the tourney's.

Last year I seemed to come out of the gate well but couldn't finish well or vise versa. Mental problem or fatigue. Time to get in shape.
