MACHINE Putters Picture Thread

Hey Guys,

 

I hope everyone is having a great weekend :):):) I wanted to share this picture with you of 4 MACHINE Customs that are headed out to the Tour at Bay Hill :)

 

From Left to Right we have the following:

 

1) 4.0 MACHINE M1A Fixer with a 1018 Carbon Head, a 1018 Carbon Modular Center-Shaft Hosel and a Alloy Medallion in the cavity :) The Head and Neck have been finished in our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish. In my opinion, the Gun Blue finish gives a really nice contrast to the Alloy Cavity Medallion.

 

2) 4.0 MACHINE M1A Adjuster with a 1018 Carbon Head, a 1018 Carbon Modular Center-Shaft Hosel and a Alloy Medallion in the cavity :) The Head and Neck have been finished in our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish :)

 

3) 4.0 MACHINE M1A Fixer with a 1018 Carbon Head, a 1018 Standard Length Plumber Neck Hosel and a Alloy Medallion in the cavity :) The Head and Neck have been finished in our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish.

 

4) 4.0 MACHINE M1A Adjuster with a 1018 Carbon Head, a 1018 Standard Length Plumber Neck Hosel and a Alloy Medallion in the cavity :) The Head and Neck have been finished in our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish.

No ETA on the #9 Headstyle yet. It's back on the drawing board as we are devising the way for the hosels to work and still be interchangeable.

Really looking forward to the finished product and use of same, played/practiced yesterday and hit the ball great, just didn't make anything outside of 8ft.!

Greatly appreciate all of the patience in getting this putter exactly as I envision, everyone involved has been first-class and feel as if have gained more friends through this experience- already felt that way about Chris, but Dwight and Dave have been a true pleasure to work and speak with about the putter, my game, and life in general.

What do you have available in center shaft with no offset? I'd love to have a Damascus, but that's too much $$ for me right now. I'd be interested in a blade style that weighs about 340 grams. I'd want some toe hang, but I know that can be accomplished with the weights like my current Machine putter has. It may be that from time to time I need to switch between my Machine blade with plumber's neck and offset to a CS with no offset.

Hello,

 

For that head weight we could do a M1A Adjuster in 1018 Carbon or 303 Stainless. We could also do a M2A Converter with a Blade Back, Tongue Back, or Beefy Back Flange in 1018 Carbon or 303 Stainless.

 

What I would recommend is that since all of our heads feature interchangeable hosels, try a Modular-Center Shaft Hosel. This will give you the look and the toe hang of a True Center-Shaft while letting you switch between the Plumber Neck and the Center-Shaft as needed.

 

Pictured Below is the modular Center-Shaft Hosel. I can even do this in a Rainbow Torch 303 Stainless to match your current head :)

 

We can also do a Tig Welded Center Shaft Hosel if you would like :) I have attached a picture of this below.

Three Flush Cavity 4.0 Release M2A Converter Belly Putters headed to the Houston Open.... (Heavy FatBacks in front and back, with a Beefy Back in the middle). These heads are all in the 375 gram range for Belly length. Hope you enjoy!

I wanted to share pictures of a MACHINE that was recently refinished and given a new custom neck :) This MACHINE is heading out to it's owner today :)

 

This MACHINE consists of a 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head, a 303 Stainless Heavy Blade Back Flange and a 303 Stainless Twisted Long Neck :) The Head and Neck have been given a custom Rainbow Torch Finish :)

I wanted to share these 3 pictures of one of our Belly Putters at our recent Demo Day at Preston Trails Country Club :)

 

I have to first off start by saying this is personally one of my favorite MACHINE's ever. LOL

 

This head consists of a M2A Converter Meritage Head, with a Boat Back Flange and a Disco Ball Hand Bent Hosel. The Head and Flange have been welded together.

 

Dave gave all of the components on this head a different variation on a torch finish :)

Thanks Dave & Choeps, I have to say, for once, these pictures DO NOT do justice to how good this putter looks in real life. There hue on this putter runs from blue to red and the paintfill matches it perfectly. This looks stunning in the sun and the greens and I am extremely glad and happy that Dave was able to refinish my putter and build that custom neck. That neck is HOTTER than Monroe strutting her legs, sooooo sexy & hot!

 

And today I took it out for a spin and shot the low round of my life with 3 nice long birdie putts and shooting the 4 Par 5s in -3.. ..a task I have never done. Who knows, it may be the honeymoon period but DARN, I just love it :yahoo:

 

 

The VMG is the best face on the planet and I am extremely happy you have combined this face with your beautiful creativity with the finish and neck. It is unique and I :wub: it!

Sifu Dave - you are a true master of the Art of Putter Making!

 

PS After this, it really scares me as to how good your new Damascus putter would feel, if this "ordinary" M2A line is that good. Oh well, when I sell my Jaguar, we'll talk then...:rolleyes:
