Wow!!! This is such an awesome act to give away these shafts. I would like to put my name in the running for the Black 77X V3or the Black 66X V2!! I am former assistant pro at Rolling Green Golf Club in Philly where I was for 7 years. RG is a top 100 classical course designed by William Flynn and host of the 1976 US Womens Open. I was nominated for Callaway's fitter of the year and knew alot shaft and club technology 3 years ago. So much has changed in those 3 years and I am still playing my Diamana Blue Board 83. I am now 31 years old and I think that shaft is a little heavy now for me. I was fortunate to get a membership at Rolling Green from a member who gave me a job with his company which got me out of the golf business. I now look forward to the highest level of amatuer competitive golf again now that I have a chance to play more. I miss alot parts of the business especially the custom fitting part. I loved to watch the any golfers face light up when I showed them the perfect combimnation on the launch moniter compared to their club. I am appreciate even the chance to win such a great shaft which I think is perfect for my high launch and high spin. Sorry for the long winded post but figured it's a good story! This shaft might help me qualify for the us am again and who knows I still have alot pull at RG maybe could be alot Miyazaki Kusala shafts in the bagroom if I win and like the shaft which I am sure I will!!! There are alot of Mitsubishi bassara's and blue boards now! Thank you for the consideration and all your great posts on golfWRX.

i would like to try the Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X because it gives players a slightly higher launch angle without losing stability. that is exactly what i am looking for in a shaft. also i would love to try out one of the shafts from the new guys on the block. something different yet performing. this shaft would go great in my new epon af 151.

I would be extremely ecstatic to game this Miyazaki Kusala Black 77X V3. I would love to game the Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X as the specs look as if they would suit me down to the ground and being a mini tour player funds are tight and winning this shaft could well help make my year a successful one, who knows...i like many other mini tour pros are always searching for that something that could ultimately make a season!
Great giveaway golfwrx!!

FOR A BROTHER'S LOVE!!!

My brother and I live on opposite sides of the globe. Our passion for golf transcends that distance.

I recently bought him a Speedline Classic driver head from Sellinger's (already mailed it to him). The Miyazaki Kusala Blue 77X will nicely complement this head with it's mid-trajectory profile. More importantly, I just want him to be able to experience the superior feel of a well-made shaft.

I would love to game one of these myself, but I play reg-stiff flex. Also, in this instance, I would prioritize my brother before me.

I would like to game the 77X V3 because I have a high launch and I am trying to keep it down and lower my spin rate from 3100RPMS.

After reading the descriptions I think the Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X would best suit my game! I have the worst swing that a 1.3 index can have, I know this because I have been told many times! My grip is so strong and the club is hooded at address, that I need all the help I can get to launch the ball high. My ball comes out low and very hard off the Driver and the most carry that I can seem to get is around 250 yards.
I am 100 percent self taught and work at a Private Club in the summers away from my teaching job. I would not be able to afford such an item on my own since I am getting married in Monterey, CA this July! If the wedding party pitches in this shaft could be my gamer at Pebble or at the least somewhere in Carmel Valley!

Thank You for your consideration!

I would like to start by thanking GOLFWRX and Miyazaki for this great giveaway! I would love to try the Miyazaki Kusala Black 66X V2 for the slightly softer tip section, and the low-mid trajectory without the super boardy feel of most tip-stiff shafts. I've been playing the Diamana Whiteboard for a year, and would love to give this shaft a try. Thanks again GOLFWRX!

I would like to game the Miyazaki Kusala Blue 77X because I like to have a mid launch on my driver so I tee it low ans smash it so it rolls. And then tee it high and let it fly. I dont like to shape my driver. I hit a 5 yard power fade and thats it. If i have to draw it I hit the 3 wood. I like to change my launch angle so i can get more carry or more roll. Also I like this shaft because of the weight I like a heavy shaft to keep my tempo nice and smooth.

I hope to win one of these two shafts:

Kusala Black 77X-V3 X-Low 46" 77g 0.335" 4" 0.630" Tapered 0.630" Tapered 3.3 3.0 5699+ 278 7676 2.8°
Kusala Black 66X Low-Mid 46" 66g 0.335" 4" 0.615" Tapered 0.615" Tapered 3.8 3.5 5667 271 4443 3.5°

Although I've played golf for close to 20 years, I'm just beginning to learn the complicated art of fitting and optimizing equipment to perform your best. My goal is to play to scratch, I'm at a 7 now. I've put together a launch monitor, hitting range, and small golf tinkering shop in my garage and would be ecstatic to put this shaft through its paces to see how it performs. Looking for a low launching shaft to maximize my carry and roll. Although my swing speed is about 105, I have found stiff shafts just do not offer the solid feel of a stable, solid tipped x-stiff shaft. My average drive now is about 260 to 275 yds, but would die to add just 10 yards more.

The Kusala Black 77X-V3 X-Low 46" 77g for my 3 wood
The Kusala Black 66X Low-Mid 46" 66g for my driver.

I think these would be a great fit!
