I would game either of the Black Series shafts as I struggle with keeping Launch and Spin ratios down... The stiffer the tip... the better (open mouth insert foot)

Wow!! The Kusala Black 66X sounds exactly what I've been looking for!! A little higher torque number with a low to mid launch and 66 grams with 271 cpm's. If I could have my dream shaft custom made for me this would be it!! I do not like a boardy feel so the softer tip just rounds out the package. I'll be dreaming about this one!!
Thanks Richard and Miyazaki!!!! :yahoo:

WOW! I'm totally and completely speechless. I honestly don't know what to say. There are SO many wonderful giveaways (to which I have been a very lucky member) that it's mind blowing all of the wonderful items that we are just exposed to. I have to say, being a member of GolfWRX is absolutely a privilege INDEED! Thanks Richard and HUGE thanks for our sponsors!

Please enter me into this contest. If I'm one of the lucky winners, I'd like to have either the Miyazaki Kusala Black 66X V2 or Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X. I really prefer that weight class, and would definitely benefit from having this type of technology in my FT-9 Tour. Oh mY!!! I'm a high ball hitter and these would help a ton.

Thx so much!!

Black 77x V3! I have been trying to find a new shaft to take off all the spin now that I have gone to a softer ball because of the new grooves. With the softer ball my driver has been launching lower with more spin. Need to find something where I can increase the loft on my drive but kill the spin... this shaft sounds like the remedy! Would love to throw one in a 9.5 DTS Tour! Sounds like a tasty little combo to me!

Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X – The Silver 66X is between the 61 and 72 series silver shafts in terms of torsional properties and weight. The silver series is geared toward a mid-high trajectory. This is accomplished by increasing the butt stiffness of the shaft while reducing the bending stiffness of the tip section. The International flex code for bending on the Silver 66X is 8755. This shaft is preferred by players looking for a higher trajectory ball flight without sacrificing stability.

This describes the shaft I prefer in everything from my driver to my woods and irons. I play in a wet climate, carry is always king and I like a higher flight anyway. I would love to try the newest, latest greatest shaft out. I would like to see how it plays in relation to my Diamana llima, the profile sounds similair. I have been curious about this new line for a while, and this sounds perfect for my Supertri.

Thanks for the great contest!

I have been fighting high-spin problems for years, and when I read that the Miyazaki Kusala Black 77X V3 may be one of the stiffest-tip shafts available, my ears perked up!!

At 6'7 and over 300 lbs, I can get the driver head going about 116-120 mph, but am always fighting too much spin.

I would LOVE to try this new technology and report back to the GolfWRX readers that this shaft was effective in reducing my driver spin rate. EVERYONE is seemingly looking for a spin-reducing shaft that feels great and looks great. Hopefully the Miyazaki Kusala Black 77X V3 is the shaft that answers all of our cries for help.

I would love to game the Miyazaki Kusala Silver 66X because I am a poor college student who can't afford a premium high launch shaft for my driver.

I would like to game the 66x v2 as i would like to lower my 17-20* launch angle and go with a lighter shaft as the x flex and lower flight would allow me to go after it alot more. I can't afford a new shaft right now but would be delighted to give the miyazaki a go in my L4V!!!!

Thanks alot guys for giving us this opportunity.

Miyazaki Kusala Black 77X V3 All the way!

The reason this shaft appeals to me, is I love the lower ball flight. My driver swing speed is in the 120mph range. While I love my 9015D with the Altus, I am thinking of getting a really strong lofted 3 wood to replace it and this would help lower the trajectory and spin of going to the higher loft and give me a power option off the deck for really long par 5s.

My possibly new bag would be a strong 3 wood, 4 wood, 20* hybrid, 4-pw, gap, sand, lw, and putter. The black 77x v3 would help me accomplish this.

Thanks for these contests! It really makes this site stand out over the rest!

I would love to give the silver one a try.... Forget all that low launch nonsense...

I love hitting towering drives that borderline on having to call for clearance from the local airport, top out with a flat flight, and fall gently to the ground for some extra yards. Sadly, that's pretty much always just been a dream since most shafts that promise the flight end up with disappointment as they spin like I just hit my new square cutter groove wedge and hit the ground like a bunker buster dropped from a bomber. I've been disappointed so many times, so here's the chance to wow me with the awesomeness that is Miyazaki.

Plus it would look awesome paired up with the all black FS3 head.

So having just turned 19 i don't really have the money to buy a proper aftermarket shaft along with the cost of buying golf clubs, so i have to make do with stock offerings and have never even tried a proper aftermarket shaft

i think the kusala silver 66x would be the best fit for me

i have a pretty high SS around 110-115 and believe an Xflex is probably best for my swing, but having never tested one i believe the higher trajectory that the silver offers would help me a mid trajectory with a penetratng flight that i am looking for

plus the shafts look SWWEEEEETTT!! biggrin.gif

thanks wrx for another fantastic giveaway smile.gif

I would love to game the Miyazaki Kusala Blue 77X and get a more consistent ball flight. I have always kept my eye on the latest technology and loved following this website which keeps me up-to-date on all that is new. I normally wait to get the newest big thing a year after it has already been out. I would love for once to be able to actually game a shaft that is currently the big thing. Good luck to all.
