Nice set up. Love the Ping bag and Anser driver too. I was thinking of picking up an Anser 17 deg hybrid. How's your 20 degree for feel and forgiveness vs the i15? Penetrating ball flight? Cheers!

Honestly I think I might ditch the anser hybrid. It does to farther than the i15, but not as straight. I feel like I'm violating some kind of unspoken WRX code playing a club as old as the i15, but it plain works for me.

Also I played Chambers bay today (juniors free on Sundays) and shot a 70! Granted it was from the whites, but I played so well, and avoided big numbers all day. Probably one of the most fun rounds of golf I have ever played.
Have I mentioned how excited I am for the US open in 2015?

Definitely play what works. I am torn between the i20/G25 hybrids and 913.

At a pretty big tournament right now. 2 days match play, 1-3 days stroke play... Shot 78 yesterday, with an 8 on hole 18, and knew I needed to go low today. Got stung by a bee 20 minutes before my tee time and my grandma gave me a sleeping pill to take before my mom told her not to. I walked the course pretty much half awake and shot a tournament personal best 68 to make the championship flight. Birdies on 3 of my last 4 holes. I'm happy... And sleepy.

Guys! I clutched up today... Shot a 71 (granted this is much play so I was conceded some 3 footers... Not that I miss those ) in my first match and won on the 18th hole. Next match was against the #2 ranked junior in my state who is going to UW.... Nobody has ever even a bigger jerk to me in my life, that kid was a HUUUUUGE DB to me, still can't believe I won... He intimidated the hell out I me. I shot a mind blowing 66 (would have been 65 cause I was going to birdie 18... Not the par I "gave" myself) to take him down 3 and 1. He was 3 under with only 1 bogey on the day and I was 5 under through 10 LOL. I'm going hard right now... -8 in my last 54.
PS I am one of the last 8 remaining kids from the original field of ~130. This is the best I have ever played. And I'm the ony one in the quarter finals who isn't sponsored. Ping jr. Staffers everywhere!!!!!!
Playing a ping jr staffer from England tomorrow, then if i win, the #1 junior in Washington who is almost on full ride to UW.
Also, since I got stung by a bee, does that mean I need a bettinardi with wasp stamping????
