Hi Bule,

I think so. Lump was kinda enough and professional enough to let me know when he started on my putter (2 days ago) and when he targets to get it shipped. So far, from my contacts with custom makers, only Slighter and Machine are similar in terms of customer contact and management. Its a part of the custom process I value.

Can;t wat to see the finished product and hopefully start on the next project which I have already started communicating with Lump!

Would like to post my Xenon here as a first the official owner but I seem to have a size restriction on loading so here is the post where the load restriction does;t seem to apply. Go figure.

Anyone reading this thread with any hesitation on working with Lump, don't have any. Lump is a great guy and will not just accommodate your wishes but enhance them.

Picked up a couple more from Lump. Been wanting one of his Mod 84s for a while now and when this one came along I had to grab it. The grain on this putter is stunning>

This is one of three MiNis that Lump had at the time (Ivan and his wife have the other two) that really got me hooked onto Xenon, when I was looking for a unique MiNi. Now it is coming to me.

Bumping this thread. So many beautiful putter coming out of the putter shack. The one above is sick. I have a "couple" of Xenon's I will be posting too. If you don't have one, you need to. You will not just get a beautiful putter, you will have an amazing experience going through the process and dealing with the man, the myth...Lump. Awesome experience!

Horty, this is still one of my favorites lump has done. How is the feel? How does feel compare to say stainless or carbon (if possible to explain)?

 

For having no milling it is insanely soft feeling. Between the heft(~365g-370) and the insert it has a very muted sound, much softer feeling than a tei3.

 

Compaired to my carbon dh89 mini that's copper plated with light hand milling there is no comparison, dh89 is much harsher feeling

 

The only other putter I have that feels nearly as good is a stainless byron with deep milling (2013-2014 Cameron milling) but there is no comparison when looking down in a beautiful piece if Damascus compared to matte stainless
