Guys this is not my thread and I apologize but I just had to say this: I have been down this road and have been burned more than once. Maybe my opinion does not matter but I,ll say it anyway. This guy knew exactly what he was doing and I do not believe any of it about all the shipping errors. Fact is you got another thief. They are few and far between on these sites because of all the wonderful honest souls on here. But every so often here comes another and the same thing happens thats happened so many times before. I,m really sorry for all of yous that lost even one dime. I remember losing $800 one time and $335 another. There were many who got taken each time and we got detectives from the guys home town involved. We went thru all the steps and in the end our money was gone. I sincerely hope this is not the case here. gxgolfer is a good man I can see it and he cares and this is a great site. Hope it all works out for the best here!!!!!! Snapdog!

I think this CCP situation is a combination of poor preparation, poor execution and poor communication. If this guy(s) really, truly, genuinely was a scumbag scammer, none of you would have received your clubs, replacement clubs and certainly not refunds. Easy for me to say, right? That being said, you all have every right to be angry and frustrated, but threatening him and his family with physical violence? Seriously, step back, take a breath, take a look and think about it. If any of you did any research, you would find (quite easily, I might add) that he is easy to locate....you really want to spend $___ to fly to whateverville, usa and thump him? I'm not saying to let things slide or whatever, s*** happens, but come on people...there are better ways to handle the situation, no?...ummmm, such as show a little patience and then take the "appropriate" action (if warranted).

 

Anywho...I'm rambling. Just my 2 cents (sense?)

Can you log his IP address (or addresses) that he is accessing the site from and send them to the Mod's of the other golf boards out there. This way he will not be able to do this again to other guys under a new name on a new board. While they may not be GolfWRXer's, they deserve not to be ripped off like this!
