Azinger is the new Miller

It's been brutal listening to this Open Coverage. Between Buck longing for Troy and his huge hands and Azinger's constant negative zingers...

I like zinger, he says some entertaining things and he really knows the game.

Those golf channel academies he did where he talks about his journey with the golf swing and all the teachers he worked with were easily the best of that series, just awesome. I would love to have a few beers with that guy and discuss the game and the golf swing.

To each their own though.

Azinger has been there.........he was a feisty competitor till he had his bout with cancer.

Don't you have to if you are in his position? This is why I like Miller, doesn't hold any punches and says what needs to be said.

I'd just like to hear less about him. We know his high five sucked. We didn't have to hear about it...again.

I like zinger. Johnny miller on tv not so much. I did play against one of miller's sons in college and met him twice, he was a super nice guy in that context, very different on TV lol!

I appreciate his struggle with cancer, and his contributions to Ryder Cup, etc. but on the coverage today I found his references out of date, on the edge of sexist ("bunker looks like a the kale leaf my wife makes me eat") and occasionally just odd ("putts the eyes out").

I think Zinger ragging on players for saying "we" was a bit much. Frankly, I like Johnny Miller. He has grown on me through the years...
