He's going to make it to the big stage. Saw him in HK couple years ago before all the major changes, and i was like this guy is good. Now he's even better. On a different level. Just waiting for him to put it together and win a few tournaments.

I've been following him since he started working with. It's great following a golfer so closely tied to this wrx community. It is great to see Dan's work at the highest level.

Don’t recall that in the video specialfically but if it’s what I’m envisioning it’s similar to using chains. Basically more weight/resistance as the bar moves, ie, it gets harder throughout the motion - good dynamic training method.
