I'm a real ball ho, which I have no control over. January was the longest strech I played one ball (Wilson Staff 50 Elite.) I'd like to say I am going to curb this one day, but then I find myself ordering more.

I have a bunch of balls I don't play, such as a sh!t ton of Top Flite D2 Feels, but this is my list of balls in my current lineup for use and how many.

Wilson Staff Duo - 12

Titleist DT Solo - 9 Yellow

Titleist Test (Velocity) - 2

Top Flite Gamer V2 - 6

Bridgestone e5 - 10

Bridgestone B330-RX - 6 Yellow

Callaway Hex Chrome - 15 yellow, 3 white

Callaway Hex Chrome++ - 36

Callaway Hex Black - 12

Callaway Hex Hot Pro - 7

Callaway Supersoft - 6

Maxflit U/3 - 4

Srixon Z-Star XV - 3

Nike 20XI•S - 2

Taylormade Project (a) - 3 {Have played this the last 2 weeks primarily}

Taylormade RBZ U - 7 {Played this as a second ball when I walk next to the Project(a)}

MG C4 - 12

So currently 155 golf balls on hand that will make regular play. So per 18 holes I lose about 2-3 balls(includes me throwing them in a nearest hazard after a bad hole), so if I don't buy any balls I can play around 50 rounds. Think I can stop buying balls for awhile? I think not!

What do you have in your rotation? I'm not talking the shag bag of found balls.

TM SLDR 460 set to 10.5° 70g Aldila VS Proto 44"
TM RBZ Stage 2 Tour 14.5° & 19°
Maltby KE4 Tour 22° Hybrid
PING G25 4-UW CFS
Maltby M-Series+ 54° and sometimes 58°
Odyssey White Ice #7 37" counter balanced and a SpryEvo TeCu insert
WS FG Tour(2014) or ProV1x

I have a much less varied collection. I don't really have a rotation, I like to stick to one or two balls only.

Cally chrome+: 3 dozen plus 6 loose.
Pre 2013 ZstarXV: 6 loose.

No plans to add to it for at least 3 to 6 months unless I can find some more cheap chrome+. Probably won't use the XVs in competition rounds, just practice rounds or might give them to a buddy who still uses the old ones.
my dad sent me about half the balls on the list. He has it worse than me. He's in Michigan and buys stuff during the winter. He gets upset with the cold and sends them my way

One dozen retail yellow DT Solo that I got for free as a "throw-in" on a club trade deal. (12)
One sleeve of leftover yellow NXT Tour S X-Outs, never used. (3)
One sleeve of leftover 2013 ProV1, slightly used. (3)

For the past few months I've been using yellow DT Solo X-Out balls. I have several dozen still sitting in a big wicker basket and I grab a handful of them every time I leave to go play golf. (60 to 70-ish)

But I have six dozen Lethal PRACTICE balls on order to replace the DT Solo. Once the Lethals are in hand I'll put them in the wicker basket and probably get rid of most of the DT Solo X-Outs. (72)

Just bought 3 dozen Callaway Tour I(z) from knetgolf. 9.99 a dozen with free shipping from their sale last week. Amazing condition. These are my gamers for the time being.

Great deal on a great ball. I concede the general criticismof them being clicky and harsh feeling is true, but if you get past that they flat out perform. Best wind ball ever made.

Holy smokes. This really made me laugh this morning. I ve been testing balls over the last 2 months and I thought I was bad. But now that I read this I realize it could be worse. Here is what I have.

Nxt tour (2012) - 7
Nxt tour S (2012) - 6
Nxt tour S (2014) - 9
Pro V1x - 9
Bridgestone e5 - 6
Bridgestone b330-RXS (2012) - 6

And yesterday I got a 2-sleeve of the 2014 b330-RXS at a ball fitting, which will now become my go-to ball.

Driver - Callaway Rogue
3w - Callaway Rogue
5w - Callaway Rogue
Irons (GW - 4i) - Callaway Rogue
Putter - Scotty Cameron Newport
Wedges Callaway Mack Daddy 4 - 54 and 60 degrees

Just restocked with five dozen mint TP3s from golfballnut, shipped for $56 bucks total, so I'm set for a while. But once the snow melts I'm picking up at least a dozen of these SuperSofts to try out. I really like to stick to one ball, but it's also really hard not to try others when one reads this site...

Callaway Epic Speed TD LS 9* Fujikura Ventus Blue 6x
Callaway Epic Flash 15* and 21* ACCRA CS1 70 M5
Adams Super 9031 23* Nunchuk Xi
Newl Level 902 Forged 5-P Nippon Modus 125X
Cleveland RTX4 50 and New Level M-Type 54, 58 Nippon Modus 125
Byron Morgan 612
Shapland stand bag or PING Moonlite

I have an addiction; buying golf balls on ebay, I really just can't seem to stop. But I've stocked up enough for now, I think (with the exception of maybe trying some SuperSofts, they sound awesome).

So here's the collection; new balls, ebay 5A's/mints, sleeves from events, and balls my girlfriend and I find when walking (either playing or just walking the course):

E6 yellow - 75
E6 white - 20
E6 orange - 5
E7 white - 5
B330RX yellow - 3
B330RX white - 15
Penta TP - 15
RocketBallz Urethane - 12
Project (a) - 12
Tour Preferred - 3
Tour Preferred X - 6
Tour Preferred sign by Hank Haney - 1
Lethal Practice - 6
TP3 - 3
Q-star - 24
Z-star - 18
AD330 - 8
Soft Feel - 12
Hex Black - 3
Chrome - 15
Warbird - 24
HX Hot - 24
Laddie X - 22
Pro V1 - 11
Pro V1x - 6
NXT Tour - 18
DT Solo - 7
Pinnacle Gold - 15
Mojo - 8
NDX Heat - 3
20xi - 3

And a big ol' bag of miscellaneous playable balls (Top Flites, Maxfli's, etc) ,, and a huge sack of gross balls that often get hit into the woods behind my house..
All this and I still have the consistent nagging urge to go out and buy the SuperSoft Cally balls... they just sound so tempting!

18dz Z star XV
5dz Z star
6dz Lethal practice
4dz Tri Speed Tour
2dz PD Soft
3 Precept U tri Tour
3 Slazenger Black Label

In the bag:
6 Z star
3 XV

I also have five or six loose balls in the bag from the last few times I played and those are a mix of XV or Z star. When I find balls on the course I give them away unless its something I've been wanting to try. My collection is way overkill and I'm not even sure how it happened.

Remember the BST has a 10-dozen maximum and they must be in original boxes/sleeves.
I am naive enough to ask if this is true ... and why.

?
I can't address the "why" part but having asked the moderators about this very issue here is what they told me...

RELEVANT BST RULES

There is a 10-item limit on BST listings.

Each individual sleeve of three or boxed dozen of twelve balls counts as an "item".

No bulk selling of unboxed balls, etc.

Repeated selling of fewer than ten dozen across multiple ads still constitutes "bulk" selling as it is considered far beyond normal individual (non-commercial) usage of the BST.

I am addicted to the golf balls WAY more than irons, putters, wedges or drivers, though I do have a few extra clubs :) My favorite ball is FG Tour but I also really like the Gamer V2.

Here is my new unopened inventory:

5 dozen FG Tour
6 dozen Gamer V2 (green box)
6 dozen Penta TP5
1 dozen Lethal
2 dozen Callaway iz
1 dozen Pro V1x
6 dozen Noodle Practice
