I've never seen any data showing that a forged club performs better than a club with a forged face/cast body. Lots of irons including P790, Cobras and others have forged faces. In my experience the T200 dispersion is very tight and predictable based on the quality of swing.

Being called "forged" when only one small component of an iron head is actually forged should be considered false advertisement. The 919 Forged head is one billet of steel, forged into shape. None of this "forged face welded to a cast body" nonsense. It is a forged iron in _every_ sense of the word.

> > I would love to see the data that demonstrates your point. So now we have gone from forged face not being as consistent as one piece forged to "false advertising". I guess we just see it differently which is fine. I can assure that after 10 rounds with my T200s I am having no consistency, dispersion, workability or distance problems at all. I have not had the benefit of playing the Mizunos which I am sure are excellent irons but given how my T200s work for me I won't be straying

Oh I understand it and frankly the "perceived" part combined with antidotal translates into fake news aka bullshit. Hopefully I am clear enough so you can comprehend what I am saying and you are reading

Anyone have thoughts on which model digs more? I played the 900 forged and thought they dug way more than my I200. I then tried the 919 forged this season, and although better, I still think the divot is a little deeper than I like and causes wrist pain. (As in playing with a wrist brace for the last 4 weeks) I'm a 3-5 cap playing for 30+yrs. Any opinions on if the T200 soles dig more or less than the 919 Forged?

Would lovexto hear from T200 users as well on this. I have the 919 Forged and experience the same thing, just slightly more digging than I would like.

919F low bounce wide sole. IMO aside from Srixon Titleist has the best ground interaction of all OEMs with the preworn leading edge.

I can’t comment on the Mizuno irons, but the T200s really help me get thru the turf better than the Nickent 6DX and Rogue X’s I’ve played most recently. I hodge-podged a set of the Rogue X’s together and I determined they just weren’t right for me after almost a full season. I just received the T200s last week. And I haven’t been able to get them out yet!

For reference, my fitter said I’m relatively steep and would be considered a digger.

> I’ve hit both and honestly think the Mizuno’s feel better but like the bounce of Titleist better....I’m in the market but at a stand still at the moment. I keep buying single irons to try...this is getting expensive...lol...as I also love the Ping i500

I like the i500 look over all these, but cannot stand hitting them. Think they'll follow suit and inject the head to produce a different feel/sound?

I was checking these two out today. Based on appearance only, I like the head shape of the Titleist T200 over the 919 Forged. T200 is a little more compact, like the height of the face where iheel a little more. The 919 has that longish-looking blade that many love, and it’s certainly not as long as others, but I preferred the Titleist. The 919 Tour is the best-looking head shape in the JPX lineup IMO.

The salesman said the T200 has definitely sold better than the AP3 and is performing well in fittings, and that its competitor, which is really the MP20 HMB, is very popular and is by far the best-selling head in the Mizuno lineup. The T100 looks great too. First time I’d seen it in person.

As mentioned in previous posts my son has these T200 with KBS Tour 130 X shafts. I have hit them a few times at the range and out on the course and really like the look and feel but those shafts are way too stiff and heavy for this old guy.

Today I was noodling around on the range and the found our pro-shop had the new T100 and T200 demo sets in. Hit the T200 with AMT black S300 in. Flight was a bit high but that could be the shafts. Overall these just feel great and were very forgiving. Compared to my Mizuno Hot Metal Pro / Modus 105x the T200 looks much better at address. Yes the T200 had a bit more offset but I really like the thinner top line and the nicer more compact shape compared to the HMP. The T200 also felt softer - kind of like a more forgiving JPX 900 Tour. Forgiveness was a wash between the T200 and the HMP which was a surprise. Note I have hit the 919 Forged as well and I prefer the T200 to those. In terms of distance I would say T200 were at least the equal of the HMP, Bottom line, T200 will be my next set of irons Going to get through the lovely New England winter and get fitted in the spring.

I also hit the T100 with AMT White S300. Looks lovely and feels great. More forgiving than I expected given the compact size but ultimately to much club for me. I imagine that these will be a big hit with the lower handicap/strong ball strikers who can control trajectory. Felt and looked like blades but with a tad more forgiveness. The one question I would have is if these really replace the old CB model, what is the target for the new 620 CBs? Seems like there is T100 and then next step is blades?
