Wow I can see that how unpopular mizuno's drivers and woods are. You don't even see the new products on their first US homepage.

Anyway these are specs (US ones)

Driver Fujikura Motore Club # 9.5 LH YES Loftº 9.5º STD Lieº 60º Off Set D3 STD Face Angle Square Length " 45.0"
Fairway wood Fujikura Motore Club # 15.0 18.0 21.0 LH YES YES N/A Loftº 15º 18º 21º STD Lieº 57.5º 58.0º 58.5º Off Set D3 D3 D3 STD Face Angle Square Square Square Length " 43.25" 42.75" 42.25"
Hybrid Fujikura Motore Club # 2 3 4 5 LH N/A YES YES N/A Loftº 16º 19º 22º 25º STD Lieº 59.5º 60.0º 60.5º 61.0º Off Set D3 D3 D3 D3 STD Face Angle Slightly Open Square Square Square Length " 41.5" 40.75" 40.0" 39.25"

Knowing that 3 wood is .5 inch longer than their former versions, it turns me off a bit. I might be quite interested in their driver...

They've been up on the site since Sunday...

The wait will be worth it. It really is fantastic. Love the way it performs on the course.

Had an opportunity to hit the driver, fairway wood and hybrid today. My favorite is the fairway wood. Very solid, great sound, easy to hit all the shots. The driver was a bit tough for me to hit consistently, certainly not like my G30 (but what is?). I really wanted to like it, but I found it hit low for the chosen loft, so I couldn't get much out of it. The hybrid was extremely easy to hit, but only had one trajectory...very high.

I think the fairway wood will make the bag, the other two clubs, not likely.

i've seen and hit these - but is there going to be any market demand for them? mizuno woods have NEVER done well in the marketplace. how often will we see these in stores?

ETA - primarily talking about the driver and FW
In the current state of the equipment industry, "market demand" is artificial BS. Because companies are pumping out drivers every 6-months that "demand" window keeps getting smaller. Mizuno is a different company. It puts quality over quantity. They built a driver that was meant to be in your bag for more than one season.

Notice the original does not say (Black) and the new ones say (version 2) in the description. I'm not saying its better or will be released, just saying there is a different version. And if they are not going to be released why specify a LH version.

I hit this the other day on the course. Surprisingly it was one of the worst feeling drivers I've ever hit. Sound wasnt too appealing either. However, I will admit that this driver is a monster. I was getting very high launch (eyeballing it from previous fittings Id say 14-15 degrees) with very low spin. In fact the ball flight may be one of the best I've seen. I will put it in play later this week and try to get past the feel as the performance is top notch.

The sound and feel grows on you. Took me some time to adjust to it. It was certainly different, at least to me in the beginning, but it's funny how quickly it starts feeling good when you're grooving it long and down the middle. Played another 18 today and the club flat out performs. It's surprisingly straight. Had a few mis-hits that I thought for sure would get me in trouble, but the ball just doesn't curve much. Great flight with plenty of roll-out. Fun stick to hit.

Who's this driver actually aimed at?

Being a JPX club I thought it would be more GI but the smaller head, low spin kind of contradicts all that. How's the forgiveness?
