Well I figured that since there are threads about Betti's, Odyssey's, and regular Cameron's it's time to start one on the holy grail of putters. I love seeing other Circle T's.

Here are mine:

- Lefty 330 gram 009

- Lefty 350 gram 009

- Lefty 360 gram Circle T X5

Here are a few images of my Tour issued Scotty. Got it when I played in the 2001 Genuity Championship at Doral (missed cut but that is ok).

It is a 3x Newport with a top site line and a Titleist double stamp.

Yea have played a couple of rounds with it...hate to sound like a spoiled high maintenance B, but def taking me some to get used to. I've been putting with heavier sticks so that's an adjustment... And not a fan if the pistolero grip. When hit solid though pretty sweet.

Don't feel bad, I'm still getting used to mine and I've had it for about 2 months now. I've always been a #9 model guy.
That's the only thing that's tough if ya didn't get fit, which I know that I sure the hell didn't, and that's getting a putter that you don't have to change or "adjust" to, other than the basic adjustments that come with any new putter. As I said in another thread, I just wantwd one T, and I was gonna have it customized and keep it for the long haul. I had looked at, putted with 4, and none felt right, at least something that I would look at if it didn't have a "T" on it.

Then my Father calls me and says that a patient had given him this Scotty putter as a gift and he described it as, "anser style, black, with a slot on it, and a T in a semi-circle. What the hell is that T for," LMAO.

That's almost verbatim, his message to me. Though he has also played the game for 40+ years, and is a solid 7-8 cap, and he even uses a Scotty LE Bulls Eye, he's not into the club scene and had no idea what a "T" was, lol

So, I didn't want to get excited because as I said, I'd been down this road four times previously. However, with the exception of the "CH" and four leaf clover in green (Charlie Hoffman, and no, he never bagged it and I doubt he even practiced with it as he's a face balanced guy, and he gave it to his caddy, who sold it to his buddy, who's father gave it to my Dad, lol), and the Pistolero grip, which I ended up swapping out for my fave, the Baby T, I loved it. The look, the weight, the sound/feel, everything.

I got lucky-

However, it's just gonna take you a little bit and once ya sink some putts, it'll be great, because that, My Friend, is a beautiful putter!

Have a great week-end :)

My Best,
Richard

Lucky indeed...fitting would obviously be ideal. Just changed to the baby t grip which was always my go to...so hopefully that makes a difference

Best to you sir!

Well, hopefully this surgery turns out better then the last one, though this little white fur ball was waiting for me when I woke up. My GF, herself a 9 cap, who bags a Del Mar, thought she was a nice contrast to my T.

We'll see, lol ;)

Her name on the papers?

Scottie-T

She is kinda cute, lol

Have a great evening Gals & Gents :)

Richard
Thanks for the comment, BH! Due to environment of current locale, it doesn't see bag time much anymore, don't want to have to constantly maintain it, have its "twin" in pro platinum, just doesn't have same feel as original.
Me neither, and that's why I, like a fool, got rid of a first run Pro Platinum, lol. At the time, Scotty didn't have the rep that he has today. Damn, would I like to have that putter back, lol

Nah, Mitch's Laguna is the best lookin one I've laid eyes on.

Here are mine. I'd still like to get my hands on a naked 009 with minimal stamping. FWIW, I game all of these.
