American Golf at Braid Hills, Edinburgh. Think they just had all the 'standard' shaft offerings in the fitting bag rather than the full range you would get at a performance centre but that was enough for me. I had thought I was going to have to book into Archerfield as they would only have the stock S+ but was pleasantly surprised.

I was the same.

My plan was to try both at the store before deciding whether to go to Archerfield or King's Acre to get the full fitting. As the store had the fitting bags for both Titleist & Nike I felt that although there might have been a small gain out there with an 'exotic' shaft the additional time & expense was probably not woth it.

[/quote]I have read that they have similar profiles but that the KK has a softer tip for easier launch, even though they are both low launching shafts. From golfshaftrewviews "[color=#444444]Both have a slight mid zone stiffness bump, like the Diamana White Board with that bump occurring closer to the tip in the Kuro Kage Silver to promote a little higher launch"[/color]

White is Rogue 110 60X in the 915 head
Green is KK Tini at 8.5 deg

Those are interesting number considering everyone claims that the TiNi is going to be a lower spinning haft in the Pro head. Have you tried the D+ 60x?

I did in the S not an X since they did not have it and I just did not like the feel felt to boardy to me and spin was about 100-200 less but way lower launch.

Only got to play 9 but the Pro performed very well. I'll probably play 18 tomorrow so will have a better idea but here are my initial thoughts based on hitting the range last night and playing 9 this morning.

Feel/look/sound is awesome. Since oct/nov I've been playing with my 910 D2 at 9.5 with the tour issued project X 6.0 and the Pro at 10.5 with the stock S+ stiff was giving me a more piercing ball flight and I was probably one/two club longer with the Pro. There is a hole that I always use to compare distances and even in today's foggy conditions, I was hitting a 9 iron into the green whereas I normally go 7/8 iron with the D2. I played the SLDR for a good portion of last year and on the same hole I was hitting 9/PW. So maybe not as long as the SLDR but I also didn't have any crazy miss today either. The one thing I noticed right away was how light the Pro felt in my hands. I noticed it last night at the range but when I was playing this morning I noticed it big time. I hit 2-3 drives per hole, and I was driving it really well so I dont think its a issue but I personally prefer the feel of the 910 in my hands. I also love the look of the pear-shaped head of the Pro but coming from the D2, it was a little intimidated at first. I didn't think the Pro was un-forgiving but while the smaller head looks great in the pro shop, I personally like the bigger heads when I'm on the tee box.

As for the shaft, my normal swing speed is around 110 (give or take) and I really like the S+ in stiff. For me the tour issued project X 6.0 feel a lot more whippy than the S+. I actually did try the S+ in x-stiff and preferred the feel of the stiff (sorry no #s for the spin but maybe I'll go back to roger dunn and test it out again to see if i can get some numbers).

Like i said, this is based off one range and 9 holes but I would be interested in trying out the S+ in 70 to see if that would give me a better feel. Anyways hopefully this helps and I'll update once I play 18 tomorrow/Sunday.

All the guys here only stating swing speed and launch angle and talking about 4000 spin. How about mentioning AoA and shot shape. HUGE difference in spin if your hitting from outside to in and down on the ball, compared to an in to out swing and hitting up on the ball.

I did at the Oven. Numbers on that shaft were similar to the WB. I had better numbers with the Fuji tipped 1" x flex... better dispersion.
