i've also considered stocking up, but by the time mine wear out, who knows what tech will be out, or what my personal situation will be.

 

i've got a set of VPC and a set of VFP that don't have many rounds on them. that should last me a while.

 

that being said, if the VPC drops in price any more on swoosh (below $299) i may HAVE to get another set

So jealous! Those are awesome. I've been wanting to find a set of VR Pro blades that aren't too beat up, and wish I could get the same treatment. Would love to have some with the satin finish! Congrats!

it didn't cost me anything technically (I bought a gift card for him when I sent him my irons, least I can do to show my appreciation), MT would never charge me nor asking for compensation. Got to know him thru 3 charity events I attended, and we keep in touch afterward. I'm very fortunate and grateful to have someone who worked on Tiger freaking Woods irons and wedges thru the years to work on these irons.

Friends or family that work there. I used to have my own log in for a while through family ties. I'm a Nike addict so that was a bad thing. Other than that if friends know I'm into, or want something on their they ask me if I need anything. Fortunate.

Thanks guys, I know what Swoosh is. Just asking how people had access. When the big layoffs happened they really cracked down on who had access to the site. Never heard of anyone with their own log in that didn't work their but I think that was one of the things they changed.

It wasn't that big of a layoff for them because the rest of Nike is still going strong. There are still PLENTY of employees at Nike in all other divisions that have a Swoosh account.

Have you hit any of the tour issue TM stuff yet? I had some of the Nike driver and woods you have but not all at once. If you have hit them how do you like the compared to Nike driver and woods. I have a tour issue M1 430 driver and tour issue 14.5 m1 3 wood and a unshafted m2 4/5 wood. I absolutely love my m1 3 wood over the tour issue vapor speed I had and it's a bomber but my opinion on the m1 is up in the air.
