I bought an extra set of vpc last month and kept the original look. I even have TW embossed shirt that matches the imprints on back of vpc irons. And i just did diy mmproto on my vapor pro set. They both are beautiful.

Thinking about picking up a set of VR Pro Combos for fun. Anybody have a set or played with these irons before?

 

They’re only legendary irons that nearly every Nike enthusiast has bagged at least once!

Am I the only ones who kept the vapor pro/pro combo irons as is? I loved the black and volt.

 

I have left mine as is, I like the Volt.

3. They look damn good in black volt. When they start to fade and such, then I'll refinish mm proto style.

they both look really good imo. It just depends on which color you like better on that day. I am blessed to have both of them and I will play them until I can't hit with them anymore.

Going back a while here. Just noticed on these TW Tour Accuracy balls that the “dot” is different. One’s a circle, one’s a diamond/square. Anyone know why they’re different?

Quick question - is it worth risking divorce for a set of Vapor Pros brand new still in the cellophane with the wrong shafts in them?

 

Course I play at has a set sitting at the back of the shop. Fitted with S300s which wouldn't be my choice, but think they will let them go for a song.

How much are they asking? I have vapor pro in s300 and they feel great. But you can always put a different shaft on them.

So I picked up a used vapor fly pro 3 iron with a graphite shaft from my local store for 15$ and it has two serial numbers on the head. Any idea why that is? And it doesn’t start with OB like I’ve seen on tour issue versions.

Been told saving for a house is a priority, not new sticks, but they might have to get snuck in :)

 

Not sure on the exact price as have to go in when I'm back in the UK. Might also see if they'd consider some S400s being fitted.

Side note to the photo above - the Tour Premiere's sit so high that you can go down on the inseam of your pants lol.

 

Mine are bunched up at the bottom like crazy - they don't normally do that w/ my Lunar Command 2's.

Same. I've still got my VFP 3 and 4 in the bag. I keep being tempted with the UDIs, but these things just flat out perform.

My VPC 2 iron is money at the 240 market for me. Replaced my 5 wood. Always wanted VFP irons despite not being forged.
