VLCT 60 LT Proto. I have the same shaft in my driver, really like it. Same design as retail, but a tighter feel.

I see pics like these... And it makes me wonder.... if there are pros playing regular apex and other transitional style cavity backs... Why do I insist on making the game harder and playing mp25's and such... I have no business playing the same clubs as a PGA pro let alone clubs that are less forgiving than what some of them play!!! I'm sure they are superior ball strikers compared to me!! Maybe I should stop drinking the "I'm a good golfer" Kool-aid and get some Apex!!!

Nonsense. No matter what you try, you will always be back to equipment that appeals to you. Unless you're playing for something big, does it really matter how you quantify your own enjoyment?

I sold my Apex and went with MP-25 as well. LOL

Love those grips. And surprised to see a DG Spinner shaft in the wedge(s). Seems like most pros are trying to cut spin with their wedges

Is there any info on the GBB with two weights? Is it a different head or is it done for swing weight purposes? I did see that Callaway listed it with the USGA as a different model.

I believe most guys are doing it for swing weight purposes since a lot of tour guys play less than a 45" driver.

Is the dual weighted GBB ever going to be available to the regular folks?

Pro's playing the GBB are either putting two weights in the track or using 1 weight in the track and a heavier opti weight up front. It changes how the driver plays and adds much needed weight for SW purposes. IMO it's the best Callaway driver on the market

To bad Callaway makes it so difficult to get the extra weights. They really miss the mark on this. I understand the majority of golfers don't care but there are a lot of us who do. I should as a consumer be able to call up their customer service and order weights to dial in the product.

The GBB is a great driver but I refuse to play a driver at 45.5" and when cut it down the swing weight is way to low. I've checked and cannot find weights for the GBB anywhere.

I agree. Also to see him playing dg ti s400 shafts, instead of the popular x flex a lot of pros play in irons.

Seems like there are more pros lately moving into more "stiff" shafts in irons even when they play x-stiff in all their woods.
