I think when you're playing against likely MVP Matt Ryan and a bunch of really fast receivers, it's best to give them a 10-15 yard cushion on every play. Especially on 3rd down.

Nope, $600 million funded by hotel motel tax that was created to fund it. Arthur Blank paid $600 million originally plus any overage. Plus he's put $50 million in the surrounding community o build it up as well.
