How much has your bag changed in the last year?

I'm interested in seeing just how big of a ho you all have been in the last 365 days. Mainly, I want to see who has changed/tried the most.

Personally, I've had:

Four drivers (black and white R1, Vapor Pro, VFP)

Three fairway woods (RBZ, Vapor Flex, Vapor Fly)

Three hybrids (Xhot, Vapor Flex, Vapor Fly)

2 iron (Vapor Fly Pro)

Two iron sets (714 AP2 and Vapor Pro Combo)

Three wedge sets (Vokey, Vr Pro, Engage)

Five putters (White Hot, White Hot Pro, Method 001 and 003, and Method Matter Counterflex B2-01)

Now, I'm sure some of you out there can lap me when it comes to equipment changes in the last year. I promise we won't tell your wife the final numbers!

My clubs have stayed relatively the same, but my set make up seems to change almost daily. Trying different shafts in driver, 5w out, 2 iron in, 3 different putters in rotation, experimenting with different length/loft/lie in irons, wedge make up, 60 out, 3 iron in, etc. I have what seems like a hundred clubs/shafts in the trunk of my car, and every day seems like its different. I'm just accepting this as the "new normal", and will probably never again have a consistent 14 clubs in the bag with the same specs... Fun!

3i-PW - TM P7MB, KBS Tour X

Wedges - Vokey SM9 (52, 56, 60) all M grinds

Unfortunately, I just force myself to sell the old once the new comes in. I try real hard to only own 14 clubs at once, 15 max. The unfortunate part is sometimes I miss the old stuff once I sell it!

The top end of the bag (driver, woods) usually changes quite often as I am seduced by the "latest & greatest", but for this past couple of months I have been very satisfied and instead have looked hard at a new set of irons. For me, getting a new of irons is more difficult than buying a new driver. My wedges stay the same till they are worn out and my putter has been in the bag forever!

New irons, wedges, and putter so far this year. Before that my irons were 962b's I got in 97, wedges were 4 year old vokeys, and putter was a studio stainless newport2. Now on to tackle my 10 year old driver, 8 year old 3 wood, and 7 year old hybrid. I realize I am pretty much the antiwrxer

Mine didn't change for 9 years.

Once I decided to update I have with a vengeance:

5 drivers

2 3 woods

3 5-7 woods

5 hybrids

7 sets of irons

3 sets of wedges

4 putters.

My hope is once this virus burns itself out I won't change again for 9 years.

I'm not convinced any of them (except the putter) is an improvement.

I've even gone back to my ancient Adams Pro Gold hybrids.

Mavrik Fuji Pro

G410/Epic Flash/Fli Hi Hybrids/woods
PXG Gen3 irons

From this point last year, I've completely turned my bag around.

ZL Encore to Fly-Z

BioCell+ 3W to King F6 3W

BioCell+ 5W to Fly-Z 2Hy

BioCell 3Hy to 712U 4U

Ping S56 irons to Mizuno MP-H5/15

SM4 52* 56* 60* to SM5 50* 54* 60*

SeeMore mFGP to SC Cali Sonoma

There have been another driver, wedge & putter in the rotation; so that makes 17 total new clubs in the last year. I wish I could say I'm done and just go play golf, but I know I'll tinker at the edges (3i, 5W, wedge grinds).

So not much ho-ing here, I really try to stick to one purchase per month, unless a great deal comes along that I know I can turn around for profit. It always gives me something fresh in the bag. (...hmm, I could really use a new bag...)

In the past 12 months I've gamed the following:

Hybrids: started last year with none, then bought the 21* 915h and then the 18*. Gaming both with UST iRod 105f5 and Kiyoshi Black 95 05, respectively (soon to be replaced by another iRod)

Jesus....since last year I won a 54* wedge that I now use inside ~125 and I bought a TEE XCG7 Beta 15* 3w. That's it lol. Unless you include grips in that; I regripped all of my irons and Driver.

I haven't changed the bag many times, but the changes have been DRASTIC.

Upgraded my driver and fw wood significantly. 2 new wedges, multiple shaft changes. new putter

new putter weights

and as of this week, replacing my 15 year old 981 DCI's with some Callaway legacy Black irons and a 712U 3 iron

changes have been over a year and a half, but prior to that I've gamed the same bag since about 2001. It was high time for a serious upgrade.

I've had a 913 D3 for some time, it's on shaft 3. Had a G30LS that alternated for some time, but it left. Ive picked up a Flex 440 to mess with as the 913 alternate.

The 913FD lost its place to the G30 3 wood and I don't see this 3 wood leaving for anything. The G30LS shaft broke at the ferrule and ended up in the 3 wood to be a bomber.

712u 3 iron has remained solid for most of a year. Picked up a 2 iron that needs to get a steelfiber to match the 3 iron.

Had MP15S and went to Taylormade TPMC.

Had S5 wedges 52,56 and 60. They lost their place to Mack daddy 2 54 and 58.

Changed my bag quite a lot.

Got a new driver. Went from an old wilson deep red driver to a ping G30.

Went from mixed irons consisting of wilson deep red irons amd cobra bafflers to 714 ap1s. Then got a new putter, went from an old orlimar blade to a whp 2 ball. Just need 52 and 58 degree wedges and im set. Also might chase a hybrid and new 3 wood but not a priority.

Complete changeover. Only thing that hasn't is my 3HL FW. I am the typical golf club ho.. Really enjoying my current setup though. Just so long as I stay away from this BST forum. Driver went from SLDR to G25, irons were S58 now Cleveland 588 cb/mb, wedges were scratch 53*/58* now cleveland 588 rtx, putter was seemore now Scotty Red X2. Like I said I enjoy switching more often than I should but for now this setup has really helped the mental aspect.

I think I better just give the Cliff notes...

Driver: same but with new shaft. It's great.

Fairways: 4w the same, trying a 7w instead of hybrid.

Irons: sold my MP-4s, tried lots of different irons, went back and bought the same MP-4s I had sold 6 months earlier.

Wedges: Not a massive change, but sold off random wedges and went to all MD2 wedges for the most part, but changed loft arrangement from 52-56-60 to 50-54-58 to match the PW distance better.

Putter: Got rid of the Odyssey White Hot #5 and went to Anser type putter, now vaguely settling on a couple of putters (one an actual Anser2).
