First time seeing a Hybrid in the Brown/Blue and I think I am in love with that set now!

 

Unfortunately by the time my order gets here they will probably be all traded away. May have to call Stitch today and see what is going on.

Looking at all of these packages, I've only disliked two things: A LOT of hybrid covers. I understand why (a lot of people now carry two or three of them) and also probably a lot of extra stock. The other is duplicates in the same order, for the same club.

 

^^^this guy got two identical covers with an identical marking (yes, I know X can be any club, but still). That really sucks. BTW, I love the "Circle 1" putter covers

Love Stitxh covers, and this was a good deal of you are looking for a cover here or there, but I want a matching set of 5. I will just wait and order a full set when they do deals or order in stages with $20 off each time. Little more pricey but no throw aways

I don't think there will be any throwaways. I did the 6 pack, which with my coupon is about $8.50 each. No problem getting your money back on that deal. Even with the $20 off deals and a shipping code, you'd be looking at $20-30 per cover, minimum

"Thank you for your order. We are working to fill your Mystery Box. The demand for this product was higher than expected & your order will go out within the next week. Thank you for your patience."

 

Kind of disappointed, but hopeful that since it is taking longer that they will pay a little more attention to what goes in the box. I'd hate to wait longer and then get duplicates in my 7-piece order. Would love it if there was a matching set of D, 3, H in there, but I am not holding my breath.

I have no dog in this fight (altho I was tempted and now regret not taking a chance) but if they're that busy I'm guessing most of their efforts are going towards fulfilling the orders. I'm big on communication too so I'm not saying I wouldn't be frustrated but they're likely trying to get everything out and not putting many resources towards their emails.

I spoke to George yesterday regarding my missing items and he said they would get me the 2 pieces in 2-3 weeks. At this point they're actively making NEW items to fullfill orders from a promotion that was intended to clear out OLD stock. Definite WrxEffect. Either way I think most folks are getting their money's worth if even half the items are useful. Hopefully Stitch gets some return business out of this and is more prepared/aware when they run future promos.

Yeah, they used to. I have a purple driver headcover. It used to be on the website also but I imagine a fairly low demand for them. I was hoping they had plenty leftovers to get rid of.

I'm surprised they didn't cancel orders once they cleared out old stock, unless they've been slow on new orders coming in.

They wouldn't do that. Offering a deal and canceling it halfway through its actual ending would be bad business and hurt potential customers in the future. They would take losing a little time and money to fulfill all orders.

And that is why I'll wind up purchasing from them again despite some missing items/delays. Ultimately these are headcovers and it's not like I'm waiting on a new driver or custom putter that I planned on putting in play immediately. They're likely taking a loss on some of this stuff that they're actually making now to fulfill orders rather than just cancelling.
