And $20 off of everything else- they've pretty much trained me not to pay retail when I am interested in buying from them. I'd sure never take my chances on random items in random colors when, if I'm patient, I can get whatever I want for $20 off.

To each their own, but I'd rather take $50 to a casino and see if I could turn it into something than take my chances on getting cool headcovers... or a company's excess towels, rod covers, t-shirts, ladies stuff, etc... if that's what this promotion was. But...

 

To be clear, I can see some fun to buying a random "grab bag" type promotion if there's some promise of value. But, I won't do it from a company that offers $20 off orders every week- I could buy exactly what I want for cheaper than the rando's I get from this promotion.

Ive got 4 sets of Robert Mark covers and a set of Iliac , so I've kinda designed all the covers I want and need. I didn't see where towels and t shirts were the mystery... Hopefully not..

I doubt you'd receive swag like t-shirts or towels (though the risk is there). I guess all I was saying is that, for the $20 off promo they have been running regularly, I don't see any point in taking a chance on what you're getting. Buy exactly what you want for half off. It's all good, it's fun to take risks (trust me, I'm not adverse to gambling). I just don't have the budget to accumulate random headcovers that I have no use for. Which is not an indictment of someone who does.

I just got an email that stated it may take 3-4 weeks to ship being handmade. Maybe not the case and that's just for special orders but send that mass email.. If so , I guess I missed that part.. Just FYI

All good. I have no problem with Stitch Golf or anyone who gets in on this deal (I've bought many things from Stitch). I was only speaking from personal opinion- I see no point in buying a mystery grab bag from them when I can buy exactly what I want for $20 off every week or two. I can buy whatever color I want and whatever club I want rather than leave it up to chance. I can also see the fun in buying random stuff, it's exciting. I can also see the negative in waiting for discount codes to buy a complete set of headcovers. I hope that Stitch at least sends out matching stuff and not very random stuff.

 

As an unrelated aside- it really seems like Stich is trying hard to liquidate inventory. I hope it's because they have some sweet new stuff coming to replace it, and not because they're exiting the business slowly. I really like Stitch's product.

I wondered this also. Between this deal and christmas in july they seem to really be pushing stuff out. I did see a couple of "coming soon" tags on the website, so i hope they are just going to a whole new offering.
