Just got my shirt in yesterday. Haven't had a chance to play a round with it yet, but some initial thoughts...

 

Very nicely packaged - arrived nicely boxed and wrapped. Would expect something like that in a more expensive shirt (though in a weird way, seems a bit counterintuitive to the sustainability mission - it's a nice higher end touch, don't get me wrong, but seems odd given their eco friendly tilt).

 

Fabric quality feels high for the price point. Buttons well sewn. Seams all look good.

 

My big issue is the fit, although this is going to vary from person to person, of course. First the good - the shirt is long, so I'd be surprised if I had any issues with it coming untucked. I also like the sleeve length - long enough without feeling like I'm swimming in them. In general though, the fit is VERY boxy. I'm not a thin guy by any extent (typically wear M in baggier brands like UA or FJ, L in slimmer ones like Travis Matthew) and found it big. The extra size was mainly in the body though, with good fit in the chest/shoulders. I got a M, but wouldn't feel comfortable sizing down to a small as it would likely be too tight in the shoulders.

 

So, all in, seems like a solid shirt at a decent price point compared to some of the bigger brands, but probably not for me given the sizing. Of course, that's a personal preference thing, so if you're a bigger guy or just like a fuller cut shirt, it seems like a decent option. If CG added a slimmer cut, I'd certainly give the brand another shot. I'll add some follow up thought and a few pictures once I've had a chance to play a round in it.

Love everything about the shirt I received! The packaging is On Point! Probably the nicest packaging I have ever received. Really gives a great first impression. I opted for the charcoal color which is really sharp! The fit was as expected with the heads up we were given. "If you like them more modern fit than order a size down." I ordered a small instead of my normal medium and the fit is pretty good. I like the length and fit in the chest/shoulders. All around a great shirt that I am super grateful to have! Thanks again!!

Thanks again. Great to win such a quality product. Got mine a few weeks back but am actually wearing for the first today at work. As others have said, the packaging blew me away. Very high class as I'm used to plastic hangers from TJ Maxx or Marshalls!

 

In any case, great shirt, fit is a little different (i'm typically a large but ordered a medium given the guidance) and it seems to fit really well. The quality of the shirt is terrific, definitely feels like a $80 polo so I was very excited to win it for free!

Got my shirt last week

 

It was packaged very nicely with a note from the company, attention to detail is always appreciated.

 

The material looks and feels awesome. I requested the Magnolia Blossom which is basically a white shirt and I like that unlike some of my other white shirts you can't see my chest hair through the shirt.

 

My issue is with the cut and fit of the shirt. I'm a large in almost anything and an xl at times in Nike but I am short. I got my CG shirt in a large and it is absolutely massive. Not only is it far too long but it's a bit boxy as well (usually I have trouble getting my shoulders to fit correctly, in this shirt I had room). To CG's credit I contacted them and have been working with them to get the right fit so overall its been a great experience with great customer service. If you're looking to order one of these just make sure you go down a size.
