I've never owned one. (I will someday.)

But this one seems to do it for me.

Looks awfully like the file photo of the Studio Stainless. I think that model is really elegant. I like the crown over the O on the back. I've seen a great custom one. It was a bronze colour with almost copper paintfill.

I got it off the Cameron website looking for the one I liked the best. (Hopefully that's allowed?) That custom one sounds cool.

I much prefer Scotty's earlier work in carbon from the mid-late 90's to anything done since. While there's a lot of nice stuff in stainless, my favorite are the old gun-blues and Oil can stuff. My favorite models are Catalina, II, Santa Fe & Napa.

Heck yeah

Gimme one his classics anytime over the new stuff

I'd like to have my one done like this

The best I've ever had the privilege to lay my own eyes on was back in the late 90s...the Newport Oil Can finish. Sure they were a burden as far as upkeep, but I worked with a guy in Connecticut that played some mini tour events and I would caddie for him and he had one. It was beautiful.

I personally have a Studio Stainless Newport 2.5 that I got in 2004 or 2005. It is a 2003 and I sent it to the Cameron Studio to be worked on. Let me know what you think...that is if I can successfully upload some pictures.

Teryllium Two Newport.

Had a friend that had one when they were new and I was really young. I was obsessed with the soft feel. I've probably romanticized it a bit since then, but I don't care. I pulled the trigger on one last week. It's on it's way to Scotty as we speak to start the restoration process.

Since then, I have gamed a Mil-Spec Newport, Studio Design 1.5 and currently gaming a Studio Select Newport Two Mid Slant. Unfortunately, I sold the Mil-Spec and Studio Design when I was younger to buy the next Scotty. I wish I had them all back now, especially the Studio Design 1.5. Going to hold on to the Studio Select this time to ensure no regrets.

Favorite Scotty I've never owned or played? Newport Teryllium. Man I'd love one of those.

Favorite Scotty I own? The one closest to the camera here:

It's like three degrees flat and 32.5" long. I cannot replace it in the bag. Any great putter I come across simply equals it, which isn't a good enough reason to replace it.

Love the look of your AOP Newport. What’s the story with Titleist block font? When were those made?

OFS Newport II (our finest series)

10 of each model made of the following:

"Made by Scotty to commemorate the Tour players using the various models in the line. The set includes a Newport, Newport 2, Bullseye, Coronado, JLM Coronado, Laguna and Classic 5 -- all made in carbon steel with a high-gloss platinum finish."

I own #7 of the Coronado pintail from a set that was broken apart and sold

My favorite one is the one I always go back to. It is not the most beautiful one Scotty ever made but it works for me. Has to be my Red X I bought used several years ago. l love the feel of the ball coming off the face.

I did have Del Mar that was absolutely beautiful but sold it for way more than I paid for it.

Here are pics of the face of the NP II along with front/back of the Newport and Coronado pintail. Buddy of mine owns the Newport and Newport II and snagged them around the same time I picked up the Coronado. They were tough to photograph but one of the unique things is that they were all hand stamped with the number of the set they belonged to on the face.
