I played the iE1 for a few rounds. They’re very consistent irons with devent feel and avg distance. I only had one range session with the Rogue Pro’s and they feel great with above average distance and consistency

My Rogue Pros with Project X LZ 95 6.0 were delivered today. Can't wait to hit them this weekend. I'm contemplating a Rouge SZ driver since the trade in bonus was extended.

just ordered this same set but went 105 on the LZs. Please report back your feelings when you've had a chance to hit them.

I had been reading everything I could on the Rouge Pros and demoed them extensively inside and outside in two different shafts, my old standard C-Tapers 120 and the KBS Tour V stiff. I switched to graphite last year due to elbow issues, and have made great improvements in that area over the winter, and wanted to go back and try steel again, and of course, I couldn't just reshaft, I need to try something new...... I was also looking at the Mizuno JPX 900 forged, which was a bit of a disappointment, a used set of like new AP2s with PX LZ (that shaft is NOT for me), and even tried the new C300 forged from Wilson with the stock KBS shaft (same weight as the Tour V Stiff). The Wilson's intrigued me, looked very similar to the Rouge Pro at address (which I like), and I expected them to have a more buttery feel vs the Rouge Pro, but in that department, the Rouge Pro was surprisingly a winner in my experience. I really wanted to like the C300s, but in the demos 7 irons I hit they are 2 degrees weaker, and I'm sure the shaft had a bit to do with it, but I carried the Callaway 12 yards farther on average, as spin was about 400 lower with the Tour V. But what got me was how tight they were, consistent distance +/- 2 yards around 165 carry, and only the occasional one much offline. Hit a couple that turned over and carried more like 175, but that is what happens with that sort of swing. Overall, they just seem to want to square up at impact so effortlessly in my hands. I went in with my own standard Bridgestone B330s in the last indoor demo, and overall spin was very acceptable for me, about 6300 on average for the 7 iron. Plus the resale value of Wilson nagged me, if either one doesn't work out, I get a lot more out of the Callaway's down the road.

Ordered a set today with the Tour V in stiff. Had considered getting the shaft in X and soft stepping, but was not having a problem with the Stiff, it felt decently stout, and the weight didn't seem to be an issue. Hopefully, my elbows will stay more healthy this year, and I can play steel, all of the KBS non-C-Tapers feel very smooth to me, and I have had a hard time adjusting to graphite.

finally had the opportunity to hit my new Rogue Pro's on the course. Everything until now has been indoors on a launch monitor. Everything pointed to me having the ability to hit them a full club longer than my old set and it turned out to be true outdoors today. Trajectories were fine and I have absolutely no concerns about the low spin that showed up on the launch monitor. I hit a 6i that flew 185 and finished at 188. I hit an AW that flew 123 that checked back a yard. I was able to flight them low and curve them effectively. I couldnt be happier right now and I'm really excited to get my tournament season started.

That is awesome to hear. I've played one round with mine and am on the fence. Really liked the performance, just not in love. If anyone looking in this thread is interested, hit me up to discuss a purchase. I'm not convinced enough to post them on the BST just yet. 4-PW +AW set with Project X LZ 105g 6.0 flex 1 deg upright.

Playing again this weekend and will hopefully make a decision whether they stay or go...

I ordered a set last week, had them check the status of the order yesterday, and was told the 7-8-9 irons were back-ordered for a few days. Apparently they just got new heads in yesterday and were going to start assembling my set on Monday. I hope I get them before the next weekend.

Demand must be pretty decent, they sold the one's off the rack they had at the EW I ordered mine this week, can't even go in at look at them any more....
