I may have submitted these Jackson Browne songs before so apologize if that is the case.  

 

I'm not even a big Jackson Browne fan but these are of two of his that always make me pause to listen.

One of those albums where EVERY song was good, IMO.

I had the pleasure of seeing them live in I believe ‘94/‘95. Great experience, but they literally all just stood there and played. Robert Smith was a brilliant musician, not a performer. Probably could have replaced them all with mannequins and a sound track! Lol. But it was still a moment in time I’ll never forget.

Yep, and instruments came back heavily later 90’s and had good days uptil about 7-8 ys ago. Electronics took over again but I am pretty confident instruments will come back.

Wow. I am jealous! I saw Depeche Mode, The Police, GoGo's and Violent Femmes all in NY back in the day. Good times!

Indeed Hankshank ELO is certainly a large part of the 60's and 70's music thread, I just wanted to put All Over The World where it belonged because of it's actual release date. 

 

How about two more fine 80's songs from another band that the great Jeff Lynne was a member of.
