And why does Rory not use driver on the second hole? Is he afraid of driving it too far past the dogleg or in the bunker? Couldn't he draw it. Leaves him such a long second shot in when using the fairway wood from the tee...

I don't get it. First round he used driver and only had 229 yards to the green and could use a iron, but hit a poor one. Ended up with a par.

Second round he hit a fairway from tee, had 312 yard on the second shot, did not hit the green and got a bogey.

I do like having all day coverage every week when I can watch, and with better streaming quailty on my TV with the Roku app. With the Masters app at least, they are providing casting ability with Chromecast where with the previous PGA Tour Live there were stuttering and buffering issues. I actually get a better feed,though, through the CBS Sports app. Probably less traffic.

Such is the cyclical nature of professional golf, Rory simply found himself in the wrong part of the cycle for The Masters. Maybe he'll peak in time for the latter majors.
