They are very rare right now, and there is no word as of now that they will be coming to the retail market. There have been very few that have sold on eBay, and we are talking you are going to spend right around 1K, give or take a little.

Hate to be the black sheep here but I think the r7 is more "awesomemum" :tongue: ....I don't like the way the Titleist FW woods set up.....their sole forces them to close up if you set them directly on the ground

i really like it..im playin the original PT rite now..its just a more wider and forgiving wood..i like the lack of alignment aid..nothin flashy..i like that..who needs that stuff..your equipment does not define who you are..your game does..but Titleist does make it better!!

Hey guys, will that F3.05 fairway wood ever come out to the public and if it does, how much will it cost? I know Titleist is releasing a bunch of new stuff in the spring so I'm wondering if this will come out too. anybody got an answer?

I like the new Titleist too.... but it sure looks like a Sonartec SS03 to me... the face and address views especially. Just get a Sonartec and paint it the same color as the Titleist.

I'm in love. That is what a 3 wood is supposed to look like! Clean lines and classy looking but you know she's a beast when you put her into play! ala Kristin Davis (Charlotte from Sex in the City)

F3.05 has a perfect size for modern 3 wood, Perfect face depth, Felt very solid at impact.

 

I can't tell you much about the perfomance to much, cuz i haven't play it at all.

The more I look at this, the more I want one. I havent seen any on ebay. Hope they will seep out like the 970's did.

The f3-05 will be available to you guys in late fall (November December timeframe) under the 900 series name. Word is that it will be low in production numbers much like how the BT PT and special Grind Vokeys came out.

If you guys are refering to the F3-05, there was indeed one that was sold on eBay back in November or December by a seller with the id: 'niclinks'. It went for about $1000........back when no one was really looking for one. He also sold a couple of Tour 905R's around the same time; one less than $1000 (BIN) and the other for significantly more....$2000+.

Not really, more to do with camera angling--the TM looks super-duper opened as it's sitting on the other side of where the camera lens would be.
