Adding an alignmnet dot?

Anyone have a easy recommendation for adding an alignment dot to the top of a putter. Would be happy to use a sticker if I knew where to buy.

Trying to avoid sending my putter(s) out for this service, or a half Word not allowed DIY project in my garage.

I would imagine a small dark dot sticker would work, or a dab of a dark colored paint stick or nail polish maybe....I did one on the last putter I made, found the center then used a drill bit to just break through and leave a nice sight dot (can just see it in my avatar). But that's a non reversible method, a sticker or dab of paint can be removed if in fact you find you don't like the dot.

Please forgive stupid question. What did you use to hold your putter in place when you drilled it?

Clamped it to my work bench if I recall correctly. May have wrapped it in a rag and clamped in the vice.

I used a piece of athletic tape for a while. Then i saw Zac Blair used white out on a putter. so I used a white out line. works for me and it was easy to remove and replace.. I also tried a silver sharpie. that works as well just harder to see.

I did a small circle template and sandblasted a circle on one putter to add a dot. I know I could just sand it out if i hated it.

What is the putter you referenced in your Avatar? I really like the shape of it.
